   We got the AYCE sushi option (not premium). There’s restrictions on the sashimi options so we started with all those but those took forever to come out. Quality of sushi is very good but our server sucked. He was favoring the table next to us as their food was coming out faster than us even though they sat down after us. He knew we were annoyed. We were eating everything before the next food came. Then after asking again, they brought out all the rolls at once. Just annoying. Won’t be coming back but at least we got our money’s worth. Boogie location and people right next to the Hotel Del says a lot.

   We love Yummy Sushi! Fish quality here, is out of this world good! I moved from LA to SD, and some how, the good sushi spots are either ridiculously expensive—or just subpar. Yummy Sushi is affordable, and delectable. Also, you can’t beat the view. Make a reservation and you’re set. I feel like they have to work out some kinks with serving AYCE Sushi, like giving out a paper with 3 rounds, having us fill it out and giving it to the server. This prevents mistakes, and prevents these very long wait times. Also, this ensures more customers, because people are in and out much faster. I’m certain, their service will get better with time. Food is great. I will still come back because fish and value is that great. I do hope they will figure out their service. Thanks guys!

   Had high expectations going for the 1st time. We were sat right away and noticed the table was sticky floor dirty and finger prints all over the soy sauce bottles. Purple were nice but not very well trained in service. We Waite so long to get our order in, we chose the all you can eat of $40 each. Be careful here as they have lots of rules around this. Seems like a good deal at first but when you order it's single pieces, smaller portions and only 1/2 rolls. The kitchen is very slow, and they don't have a good way of expediting from the kitchen to the table. food sit ready to go way to long before anyone delivers it to a table. Servers stand there trying to figure out who food is who's.When items are delivered you better order the next round of items or you'll wait 15 minutes to get the next items delivered. Our table was a mess as the didn't pay attention to clearing trash and dishes. Also they use cheap cafeteria type paper napkins. Had to wave workers down to get things. Over all food was fresh and well made just took too long to get anything and service just not what you'd expect for the price. Not sure we'd return. Too many other options with much better service.

   AYCE is what we decided to check out. Extremely slow service overall. Wasn’t packed on a Sunday. No one checks on you. We were there over 90 minutes only to have it extended due our orders were never placed. By then we were ready to go which is too bad the sushi wasn’t bad. The sushi rice was cooked perfectly. This place doesn’t automatically give you wasabi or young ginger to go with your sashimi or sushi. We had to ask for it. If they can fix the wait issue we might come back & give them another try.

    The chef and waitresses were excellent! The reason I gave this a one star on an overall review is the food was OK, but I got charged for two meals and a hot tea. When I only had one all you can eat, then tried to call for two days and no one answers the phone! Absolutely unacceptable!
