   Yiasou is our favorite neighborhood restaurant. We probably visit two or even three times a month. Service is always delightful. They know we are small eaters but treat us with warm hospitality. The atmosphere is lovely and authentic. Food is exceptional and quantity more than enough. We love to share the Pikilia which offers a delightful array of Greek spreads. The Grilled Swordfish has always been a treat, deliciously prepared with capers and olive oil and served with potatoes and veggies or rice. The Shrimp Scampi in garlic and wine sauce is another favorite, sometimes better than others, while the swordfish is consistently amazing. They have the best Baklava ever and when you're really lucky they have delightful sugar cookies, usually gratis. Their coffee is delicious and the Greek red wine is as well.

   Been going there for years. Always delicious, my favorite spot in Brooklyn. Great helpful staff, and very welcoming owners

   It's our favorite local restaurant. They play music that feels authentic and adds comfort. The wait staff is always pleasant and accommodating. The food is fresh and delicious. We can share some appetizers and then share a entree and top it off with Baklava (the best ever) and some red greek wine. Even their coffee is perfect. Worth a trip from anywhere!

   I have eaten here many times, and the restaurant is consistently inconsistent. On it’s best days, the food is very good and the service pleasant and efficient. But this most recent experience was typical in that it just didn’t all come together. The chick pea spread appetizer was good as was the spanakopita. The main courses were mostly good, but the dorado was not fully fileted as requested. Lobster tails were served barely warm. The white wine was served warm. The server was young and cheerful, but mostly inattentive and incompetent. There was a huge thunderstorm outside, and you could see water leaking from the kitchen ceiling. I would like this place to succeed, because at its best, it is better than most of the other restaurants in the area. But inconsistency in the kitchen and among the wait staff continues to be a big problem.

   A favorite place to with certain friends. We like the food and service and they don’t rush us so we can sit and talk.

   Appetizers were much better than the entrees which were all bland. Expensive for what the food was.

   YIASOU IS A FINE DINING VENUE---ITS CUISINE IS EXCELLENT AND ITS HOSTS ARE PLEASANT, CORDIAL AND EAGER TO PLEASE. ITS RACK OF LAMB IS OUTSTANDING ---ARGUABLY AMONG THE BEST OFFERED IN NY !!!

   The restaurant was empty when we arrived and we asked to be seated at a table near the window. Although there was a blizzard that day the owner refused to accommodate our request. No one else entered the restaurant while we were there. When we used the bathroom there was no soap. Our waiter was very attentive and we received great service from him. The food was good but expensive. The cost of two shared appetizers and a glass of wine was $108 including the tip.

    We waited over 20 mins to get our drinks.. I asked for pita bread which I never received .. There was nothing really "Greek" on the menu to chose from so I ended up ordering shrimp scampi which I could of had anywhere ..but was really good ..
