   Great menu with so many options. The waiter explained everything in depth which was great and we ordered well. The venue is surprisingly busy and it was hard to hear properly but a good ‘buzz’ over a busy city lunch. Good quality food but at a high enough price tag. Great for business lunch or something a little special.

   Really liked this place. The atmosphere, service and food was really nice. A bit loud at times, but not too annoying.

   The waiter told me he couldn't find my booking when I arrived there. Food is fine and creative but not worth that money...

   I am a regular at Yautcha, and decided to introduce my friends to this place who was here on holiday. I would always recommend this restaurant to people however I was really disappointed by the service received here that day. Once we got there, the lady guided us to the bar where we enjoyed our drinks and was told we could stay there here to finish them. Once we were ready we were guided to our table however just seconds before we got there, someone took our table. We were told to stand on the side for over 5 minutes, which would not be an issue but it was such a tight space we felt so uncomfortable standing there whilst people were trying to get through. We finally got escorted to our table. We felt that given that situation, it would have been a great gesture that the waiter looking after us offered something on the house for the inconvenient, however this did not happen as we were rushed to give in our orders. We then requested if it was possible to at least have our drinks given to us on the house, and instead of the waiter kindly telling us he would look into this or that he couln't give us this, he had started interrogating us with questions like do you think that is a long enough time for us to give you a free drink which was just not appreciated especially when we had spent a good amount that night and are regular paying customers. We were eventually given then drinks for free, which we appreciated the kind gesture but it felt like we were being treated like charity. We then continued to order our starters and main which was absolutely delicious. When we got to our mains, and the food was served, we asked our waiter if he could bring us 3 sets of cutlery, he returned with two. We then said, sorry we needed 3, he then replied in a rude manner, could you have not told me that before, now I have to go back? By this point, we felt so un-welcomed here and wanted to leave. I wanted to leave this honest review as we felt so dissapointed from this service.

   Food was decent but would have liked the option of a warm desert. For the price would have liked more of a vow factor but it was tasty, standard Chinese food. Would recommend?.........absolutely

   Everything from the staff on the door to paying the bill at the end was delightful. Thank you to everyone there for making every meal I have had there a pleasure. See you again soon

   Our waiter was very rude, exasperated when asked questions about the menu, and when my friend asked for a couple of minutes, he sighed loudly and banged his pad after walking away.

    Excellent meal. The dim sum is the best. Really interesting flavour combos. The staff are attentive. The set menus are v good value. Already planning my next visit.
