The welcome was warm, the food was excellent, the drinks ---prosecco, Greek beer ---were excellent and moderately priced, and it is a quiet but bustling, well lit and comfortable restaurant in a brilliant location. The service after we had eaten was a little slow but this was not a major issue. A most pleasant experience and terrific food.

Considering the location, Yassas offers fantastic value for money. Went there several years ago and then again this year (2025) and both times left very satisfied. Large meals for very reasonable prices. Friendly efficient service.

Thank you for the lovely dishes we ordered no complaints regarding the food great serves. We always come here for our friend chat ups, can’t go wrong with Greek food nor the service, we use to go else and the service was absolutely terrible, 45 mins to take a drinks order not sure why that was but now happy to come to Yassas the Greek way Southbank. If I have to complain about anything some of my party thought the music was a touch too loud.

Having visited on other occasions, we found the overall experience this time was just average. The Tiropita (cheese pie) in filo pastry and honey, had almost no cheese in it, you had to scrape away all the pastry to find the morsel of cheese that was there. We also had the mixed gyros meat plate, seriously for $41.00, that was not even an entree size bowl, that would not enough foe one person let alone 3 people. The lemon potatoes, were very disappointing and should have been called mustard potatoes as it was full of seeded mustard, with minimal to no lemon at all. And to top it off we were charged $23.00 for someone elses cocktail. Regrettably this feedback will mean nothing in the long run as there's never any acknowledgement , aplogies or follow up.
