   Food was delicious and beautifully presented. Staff were friendly and polite. We had the Christmas menu with tea pairing. The only slight niggle was the timing of the tea pairing didn’t match the food, but all still very enjoyable.

   I can’t praise this restaurant more. It’s fabulous. The food is amazing, service is fantastic. The actual restaurant is charming and location is great.

   We went in between a two part theatre showing, fantastic tasting menu amazing service and the good was absolutely amazing

   Did not honor the reservation, despite my companion showing them the reservation copy. No point allowing a reservation and then not honoring it. Waste of time and money..

   Great service and outstanding food. we went for the afternoon tea and were expecting to have a better offering of the food items. Being out for afternoon teas quite often we are used to being able to reorder some items. Unfortunately this was not possible here. Very disappointed with that as the food overall was excellent. Not even tea as only 2 pots allowed and think we were on a table of 3 people. Not a good value for money I’d say, we left the place still hungry :(

    店のホームページにプレシアターがあったので予約しました。 しかしながらか今日だけはそのメニューがないとの話でした。 そのような記載はホームページになく、またメール等での案内もなかったと主張しましたが、受け入れられませんでした。オーダーしていないのに出されたお茶が勝手にチャージされていました。 サービス面ではとてもひどい対応を受けました。
