   I had a dish with apples, Stilton and beef. It was delicious, but the description was very poor. There was actually pasta in the dish which was delicious but pasta was nowhere mentioned. My husband had a ribeye. He ordered it cooked medium. It came out incredibly rare. Not sure if the Chef just doesn’t do medium or if it was an error. Beautiful restaurant with excellent service

   What an incredible dining experience. For our final meal in Lima, we wanted something memorable, and this place absolutely delivered. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance and attentive service set the tone for a great evening. The craftsmanship in both the food and cocktails was outstanding, with every detail carefully considered. As a self-proclaimed foodie who dines out often, I’m always in search of the best, and this spot definitely made the cut. Our last meal in Peru was nothing short of exceptional, and it’s one we’ll remember for a long time.

   Truly had a wonderful experience for Sunday lunch. Vladimir skillfully led us to the right options. He made us feel welcome and special. The food and drink were outstanding in presentation, creativity and taste.

   Excelente atención y ambiente. Los platos diferentes y llenos de sorprendentes sabores. Muy recomendable para celebrar ocasiones especiales.

   The food was innovative and excellent. The service was equally good. What let things down in our opinion was the pretentious feel of the place.

   This restaurant is TOP! The food is amazing and lovely to the eye. Loved the interior design and the choice of background music played. Service perfect, I can highly recommend!

   We visited Xoma for the first time last Sunday, we were celebrating our anniversary. The experience was incredible. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. We were served by Mayra, who was very helpful with all her recommendations, super attentive and professional. The chef and owner was kind enough to come to our table and share a little with us about his concept. A memorable night, which culminated in the bar located in the basement of the same restaurant.

   The food we got to taste was amazing. There were 6 of us with 7:30pm reservations. We all did the 17 course simplicity tasting menu. We waited 40 minutes for the 1st course and by 10:30 we were on course 9. We paid in full for all 6 of us as we didn’t have another 3 hours to finish.

   Food was down right cold. When asked, we were told that’s how the pastas and main dishes are served. BS

    Don’t miss XOMA when you visit Lima. The service is friendly and impeccable. The ambiance is chic yet unpretentious. And the food… well the food is even better than the pictures look. They were kind enough to put a tasting menu of sorts together for me even though I hadn’t requested it in advance. There’s nothing like the feeling you get from spectacular service. Well done team!
