Xiquita is a highly anticipated restaurant that brings the vibrant flavors and rich culture of Mexico City to the Mile High City. Inspired by the diverse culinary traditions of Mexico, Xiquita offers a unique dining experience that celebrates the country's indigenous ingredients and cooking techniques. Led by Chef Erasmo Casiano, the restaurant's name, Xiquita, is a playful twist on "chiquita," a term of endearment for Casiano's mother, and a nod to the indigenous languages of Mexico.

At Xiquita, diners can expect to find dishes that are both authentic and innovative. The menu features a variety of traditional Mexican dishes, such as tamales and tortillas, made with locally sourced ingredients. Guests can also enjoy unique creations like the Infladita de Carne Apache, a play on steak tartare, and the Tikin Xic, a Yucatan dish featuring fish grilled over charcoal in a banana leaf.

    Too much corn tortilla. Everything had corn (black) tortilla as part of it. It was too much, need other flavors. Spice was good. Too loud. COuld not hear myself think.

    This place is the best! The room is excellently designed to make even a busy Saturday comfortable. The staff is top notch with near perfect service. And the food and cocktails are absolutely amazing.

    The ceviche, tamale, carne asada and cochinita are perfect! Our waiter Kyle was so wonderful. Super fun cocktails too. Loved our experience here! Will go back and try the desserts too!

    Repeat Visit. 1st Happy Hour experience. Continues to maintain high food and service standards. Our server, Dell, is knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous His mastery of the menu was appreciated. Highly recommend.

    Very innovative and well-prepared food, but not particularly memorable. The dining area is quite loud, although the space is attractive and well laid out. Nice to have a Mexico City approach to dining.

    We had an excellent meal, very authentic Mexican food. Our waiter was very helpful in describing the menu and every dish was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.
