    The atmosphere was lovely although very noisy. The great disappointment was the specialty chicken of the restaurant. It was supposed to be crispy skinned and very moist due its unique preperation. When served, the chicken was cold and required reheating, the skin was loose and not crisp and the chicken was dry. The rest of the meal was just average. We will not return.

    Extremely limited dinner menu with only one steak, a NY Strip, and virtually no side dishes. Prices were outrageous, which you come to expect in the Valley, but definitely not worth it given the feel of a hotel restaurant. Food itself was good, but not memorable and certainly not Michelin standard.

    This was our first visit to a Ritz Carlton and our first experience at WYLD. Our overall experience was excellent. We were welcomed immediately with kindness and professionalism by the valet, hostess, and various hospitality staff. The chef and sous chef were also very adept at their roles, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of every aspect of the food and process. The presentation of the food, along with its quality, quantity, flavor, texture, and technique, contributed to an outstanding evening. I would highly recommend asking for Chef JP personally if you seek a dining experience that elevates your palate from the everyday to the extraordinary.

    Food preparation and flavors were excellent. Hamachi app and artichoke hearts were outstanding in freshness and unique sauces. The tempura fish entree is extraordinary in light crisping of fish, flavor, and texture. The duck is always cooked perfectly moist and delicious, a great dish.

    Every once in a great while we are treated to a delight of flavors never tasted before at the hands of a master chef. This was one of those occasions. Every dish presented, including a gift from the chef, were presented skillfully and tasted spectacular. Wyld is fine dining at its best. How this place only has a “recommendation” and not a star from Michelin is beyond me but I can clearly state it’s one of the finest restaurants we’ve ever dined. Spectacular service, food and atmosphere. What more could you want?

    Both of our appetizers were very good. I had the salmon cones and my wife had a special tomato and burrata salad. Our entrees were not nearly as good. My wife had a pasta dish that she added grilled chicken. The chicken was luke warm and flavorless. My entree, the oxtail with pasta was also flavorless.

    Arrived for reservation and hostess had us wait, then forgot us. After over half hour, we had to insist on being seated and the hostess then didn’t know who we were. Waiter, Tim, was super though. Food was way overpriced and mediocre in every sense. I have had so many better meals, when you pay that much you should have good food.
