We went to Wu’s to celebrate my birthday and were very disappointed. We were there with our small children, so as many people know we need to order rather quickly - we never know how long our window is. There weren’t many tables filled and yet our server was MIA. When I was able to order for my children and I the server walked away and hadn’t even taken my husbands order! The server brought the wine and never poured it, forgot drinks for my children and when our food finally arrived it was cold. I can understand a couple hiccups, but when the restaurant is slow this many problems is not justifiable. I think we will be taking Wu’s off the family rotation!¿Te fue útil?

I have been to the one in Tinley Park and thought the quality and favor of the food was a lot better. Over I thought my experience at this location was just ok.¿Te fue útil?

The decor was beautiful, fresh flowers on each table. The food was plated beautifully with generous portions and delicious. Our waiter was a very patient,sweet and soft spoken young lady named Yan. She was very attentive to us and pleasant. We were celebrating my mother’s 87th birthday, Yan brought her cake and sang to her. We did not ask her to do that. We had a wonderful evening and my mother and her sister have already planned when they are going back again. This location is much more comfortable and intimate than the Orland Park location.¿Te fue útil?

I’ve gone to several Wu houses. The ORLAND, Oak Lawn and now this location. We chose to dine here for a birthday which we have done for several years and decided to visit this location for the first time.We made reservations and once we arrived found out there was no hibachi grill which was an instant disappointment because we came for that experience. We decided to dine anyway. We ordered off the Hibachi grill and the waiter was confused as to the specifics we asked for. Still no problem. The food then arrived to our table cold not sizzling hot as one would expect. The quality of the food was not the same. I shared my experience with the manager who informed me that several people have complained about the food seeing they don’t have the hibachi and this is why they loose customers. I asked if I could contact the owner and was told he wouldn’t care. We were charged the same price as the other locations and also didn’t get dessert and were told that since it’s not on the menu they don’t offer but, if we told the waiter that we’ve been to the other locations they would likely give it to you. This was a disappointing visit to this location and will definitely be our last time. The lack of standardization for the brand is concerning.¿Te fue útil?

They did not give us soup because they had thrown it all out thinking that they weren’t going to get customers because of the weather. Hibachi grill was not available because they were ready to go home. We were rushed out of the restaurant.¿Te fue útil?
