   The burgers were like hockey pucks and the chicken sandwich was dried out chicken tenders on a roll. The fries tasted like they had been refried many times. They were out of many drinks. There was no heat in the building other than plug in heaters. The tables were covered in peeling contact paper. The website made it seem like there was a walk through a winter wonderland. Instead, there were decorations on the wall. Very disappointed.

   Not only was it not worth the hype, but it was FREEZING in there. They had trouble with the heat, so they purchased a few space heaters. It didn’t help. We couldn’t wait to eat and leave. Very disappointed.

   A little expensive for what you get - but that’s the holidays! My kids enjoyed it - especially Mrs. Claus visiting our table (she was lovely) and the fun trivia. The food was as expected and though service was slow eventhough we were one of three seated tables, it gave us time to enjoy the music and made experience longer. It wasn’t really an “interactive or immersive” experience, but the room was decorated and the Christmas music playing was nice. Some extra touches were missing (wait staff in hoodies and plain clothes, no table decorations, no photo op areas, etc). Santa was non-plussed and we avoided him as my kids (7yrs old) would know he was clearly not Santa. Overall happy with our experience but would not repeat next year.

   It was not what I expected, The idea was nice, but it was really just the bar decorated nicely. The music was extremely loud, and there was no Santa. The burgers was overcooked . The drinks and desserts were the best. I won’t do this event again. Definitely not worth it!

   Jeff was such a nice and accommodating server!! He checked in on the girls and made sure that they were having a great time!!! The Conductor also let the girls go up in the booth! It was such a nice experience 🎄🎄🎄

   This Pop Up Wonderland did not deliver what was advertised. There was no "interactive" experience, except for Santa who looked like he didn't want to be there. He did not say one word to our grandchildren. There were no photo op stations as advertised. There were wall directions, which were blocked by tables and patrons so unable to take any pictures. Service was extremely slow, though the food was good. This experience was very disappointing and overpriced.

   Not worth the $40, experience did not match the advertisement, was decorated nicely but that was the whole “experience”. Place had an odd odor when we walked in and was very loud. Food was decent but small portions. They even charge you extra for not so hot chocolate! The one thing that should be included for the kids!!

   The place was decorated adorably. Yes it was a bit cold in there but when we walked in it was warm enough and we were comfortable. There is a door in the back near the kitchen that is probably open/close so drafts might be coming from there. We went for dinner. If you’re looking for a rushed, fast-paced dining experience this is not it. My group was happy to sit, look around at the adorable decorations, converse and listen to the great holiday music. We were in no rush. As for food - think simple bar food. It’s not gourmet. Go down the block for that. As for the drinks - remember. It’s a bar … I had the campfire mule and it was a good pour! Beers on tap were all good. Hot chocolate was tasty but nothing fancy. Mrs. Claus was there and she was adorable! Letter to Santa was cute too. It’s lighthearted fun with simple food. Oh and the tater tots - we thought were plain but they came with Cheese and Bacon which was tasty but it wasn’t listed that way on the menu. Apparently that’s how Jack Frost likes them 😉

   There’s wasn’t any photo opportunities and Santa never came. My kids were disappointed.

    Extremely cold in restaurant. They said they were unable to have heat d/t decorations covering the vents. The cold ruined it. We literally ate bundled up in our coats and scarves. For $40 a person, the food and experience was totally underwhelming. There was only one other family there and nothing interactive. Decorations were nicely done, but not worth $40 a person. It was a basic restaurant. Very disappointing.
