   The atmosphere was nice and the place had potential to be a great experience. I had a reservation for 3, when I arrived, they had us down for 2. I showed them where I indeed reserved for 3. Thankfully they were able to move us to a bigger table. We visited on New Years Eve. They served a special menu, which the price was a bit steep for their normal menu prices, especially when 3/5 courses were already selected for you. I was very excited to utilize their wine bar. However, on New Years Eve, only 1 of the 3 red wines was available, as the other 2 were empty. The available red, would not have been one I would have selected if all 3 were available. For our last course (which I would consider our main course) two of us ordered the seafood pasta and the 3rd person ordered the grilled mackerel. The two people were finished with their meal and it was still another 5-10 minutes before the mackerel was served. We would definitely of preferred waiting longer for our pasta in order to eat together. Our waitress however was very friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed her hospitality. She would be the only positive to the experience.

   Leider sehr kalt und zügig in Winter - der Service war okay aber ziemlich schnelle Abfertigung beim Menu

   Sitio muy agradable, muy bien situado. Para ir en pareja o grupo de adultos, para lir con niños la carta no es muy adecuada.

   They don’t speak English. We had 5 minutes to order. We didn’t know what to order. The waitress wasn’t helpful. The food was good.

   We were so disappointed to show up only to find out the restaurant was closed!! No notification at all from Open Table, after taking a taxi to get there.

   We arrived at our appointment time to find the restuarant closed "due to construction" No word was forwarded to us or by OpenTable. Extremely inconvenient and disappointing.

   Had a booking on 18th September for 6 people for a business meal with an important client, arrive at restaurant and it was closed, nobody answered phone, didn’t receive any notification it was closed ! Had email day before to reconfirm! Very embarrassing and inconvenient.

    Loov was closed on a night they were scheduled to be open with no warning and no explanation. We had to scramble to find another restaurant for dinner.
