   We enjoyed the brunch here. The Nutella latte was good. Fox melt is a must try. Will go again

   We booked for pre-theatre dinner, but the place had the air of a student canteen at 5.30, full of young singles on laptops with a pot of tea. Tables upstairs crammed so close together like an airport cafe. Food looked beautiful, but had the feeling of being pre-prepared and reheated rather than cooked fresh and dishes I expected to be hot were cold or barely warm. Limited menu and wine list. Very disappointing for dinner. It’s a cafe really and the room itself is beautiful.

   Friendly service and the food was good - just a shame the restaurant was so cold and draughty, with no heating it seemed? My guest had to wear her overcoat during dinner which kind of spoiled the ambience.

   Lovely pre theatre meal yesterday, great service, really good food and a quiet and classy ambience. Got us out in good time for our show too. Thanks Wolfox! Will be back.

   The food and environment were good, but unfortunately we were not made to feel welcome and this spoilt the experience. We arrived a few minutes before 9 am and so the 'Closed' sign was still on the door; when the member of waiting staff came to turn the sign to 'Open', she just unlocked the door and walked away ... it would have been appreciated if she had opened the door and welcomed us inside. Although it is table service, I had to go and ask for service - I was there for a breakfast meeting, and so ordering in a timely way was important. My guest wanted a smoothie (a normal request for a breakfast session, and indeed Smoothies were on the breakfast menu) but was told that the 'man who makes the smoothies doesn't start until 1100' and so he wasn't able to order it. The tea was luke warm when it arrived, and even less hot by the time I managed to attract someone's attention to replace it with a hot version. Overall, a really disappointing experience and not what I would expect with any brand associated with The Savoy.

   Poor service from front of house. Told them i made a reservation for 2 and just pointed to our table and expected us to just sit down without taking us there or giving menus. Once we got the menu we found out they stopped doing sushi a week ago, but i had to go up to the front desk to do this. No one bothered coming to our table to ask us what we wanted to eat. It wouldve been nice to have an updated menu on their website. Anyway we left without eating anything because of the above bad vibes/poor service

   Very happy with the service. I've been there before but in the past, I was under the impression that you must order food. We only had time for a quick coffee over a catch-up before a gym class and wanted somewhere better than what was around and quiet enough to have a fair conversation without people listening in. It exceeded my expectations, the coffee was lovely, the service was prompt, the staff working there were smiley and very helpful. I will be back thank you for making me feel at home.

   Food was cold and bland, service was quite depressing. Matcha toast tasted nothing like matcha, so that was a total rip off. Not value for money, you can find better brunch places for cheaper. Only good thing was the coffee.

    The waiter worked particularly hard for us he was lovely, and the manager. Was a very nice experience.
