   We (4 diners) all selected the 5 course tasting menu with wine pairings. The food was delicious. The wine pairing were perfect with each course. Three of us substituted one or more of the courses with other selections on their menu, no problem. Our waiter, Cody, is very knowledgeable about wine, and provided excellent service. We’ve been coming here for years, and have always been happy with their service & food.

   After driving past this place every day for years we finally made it in and am a little disappointed it took me so long. We came for an anniversary dinner and the staff really made it a special night for us. We did the Chef's tasting menu and wine pairing and it was absolutely amazing. There was a nice variety in flavors between courses and the paired wines were perfect. It was a busy night and our server, Austin, was still such a gem! We loved our chats and he was so knowledgeable about the wines he poured us. I would definitely recommend giving this spot a try and will definitely be coming back!

   Wink is the best restaurant in Austin. We celebrate all special Occasions here. They are the only restaurant in town that serves sweetbreads so that right there is a plus. They offer favorites like duck breast and steaks served in innovative ways. Their chocolate desserts are superb. And the wine list complements the food perfectly. Service is excellent and the ambiance is elegant without being stuffy. It’s the best

   food and wine were excellent and reasonably priced. Service was attentive but not intrusive. Will definitely return.

   We had the mixed salad which was very good but not anything particularly special. The halibut was wonderful! It was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside and the lemon aioli was delicious. Also, we enjoyed a dessert trio which included the creme brulee, the chocolate cake and the lemon meringue. What a treat! The chocolate cake was my favorite. All were very tasty. Our waiter was attentive and friendly. One other thing I really appreciated about the restaurant was the noise level. There was very little noise and we could hear our conversation at the table without having to yell. Very nice!

    Wonderful experience, romantic ambience, 5-star “make you feel pampered” service and delicious food. We had the 5 course dinner with wine pairings - just the extra special experience and delicious food to celebrate my husband’s birthday! The perfect gift for the foodie who has every tangible gift I could have purchased
