   Great selections of wine by the glass or bottle. We enjoyed the burrata and the tomatoes with it were amazing! There were 3 of us so we decided to do the family portion Skirt steak, it was cooked perfectly and enough for the 3 of us. It does say it feeds 2 to 4, if you get other things with it I can see getting 4 portion out of it but not if that is all you get to eat. We will definitely be going back!

   ALWAYS the best! Champagne 🥂and a delicious, as always, brunch..... with a great server, Colin!,...... and the best rooftop view of Disney Springs!

   Our dinner from start to finish was fabulous. Our waiter Alfredo was very friendly & quick to greet us. They had a yummy sour beer on the menu & their sangria was outstanding! Probably the best sangria I’ve ever had. We got the mac n cheese bites as an appetizer which were to die for, and we did the skirt steak (for 2) platter. The steak melted in your mouth & was cooked to perfection. It was a perfect portion for 2 people unless you went heavy on apps, then it could probably stretch for 3 people. Great experience overall. We would 100% go back.

   We had the pork belly, buratta, and the big charcuterie board. All of it was excellent, but a little pricey. However, you pay a premium for most of the food at Disney. The atmosphere was lively and fun. I would recommend this restaurant.

   Wine selection and knowledge was exceptional. My wife and daughter and I tried several different selections by the glass that were all great. We had small plates of meat/cheese, meatballs,hummus, and lamb chops, which were all excellent. Service was top notch. Overall experience was super fun and everything tasty.

   We eat here time and time again and repeatedly say Mega Disney can not possibly have such a warm, wonderful restaurant. Menu is very nice and the shared plates are always what we choose. There is not a huge, overbearing menu with a million choices so if you want a ton of food, wrong restaurant choice. If you want to relax and try wines, they will do 3 oz pours which work perfectly. Sean was our server tonight and his wine suggestions worked for us. We love Wine Bar George. They also have very polite and friendly staff.

   Amazing food service and wine. Dined here while visiting Disney and it was incredible.

   This wine bar was delightful! Getting into Disney Springs was arduous, and I wouldn't do it again but we loved Georges wine bar.
