   Disappointing. Have been a few times but not for couple of years. I thought a burger was what I fancied - what I got was NOT attractive, tasty or worth paying for. It was a cheap probably frozen shaped circle - as far from a proper burger as possible. And as the venue (which is still attractive) was my suggestion I felt let down by the food. Also, on an early Saturday evening, the place was very quiet - perhaps the food is the reason?

   Had a lovely afternoon tea on the balcony Sun shining ... great setting staff ... lovely girl who couldn’t do enough for us. Gluten free provided for my daughter. Will be back and already recommended to others

   Birthday lunch, great location in nice surroundings, casual shabby chic. Waitress was very attentive and polite, food was very well executed and tasted excellent. Lovely panoramic view over the rooftops. Great experience

   Service with a smile.. ...jackie and the staff very welcoming and attentive. Food was lovely and the views were really nice. My friend enjoyed her birthday afternoon tea.. I will definitely return

   We booked a table with a view here after being at a show. As we were travelling by train, the hotel is literally minutes from Queen Street station. Apart from that, the staff were very friendly and helpful and we chose a burger as it was early evening and just suited us perfectly. The burger was also perfect. We'll be back.

   Really enjoyed it. Went with my elderly, hard of hearing Mum. She found it easier on her hearing because the area is carpeted, and the amount of food was just right for enough with a couple of cakes to take away to be enjoyed later!

    We were the only ones in restaurant so it was very quiet after browsing the three menus on offer we ordered. When the meal was served I thought my dish had creamy mash with it ,but couldn't remember ,it was when I asked for menu for a sweet I noticed my dish should have came with mash , I pointed out to waiter and he never said much , I was given a my glass of wine f.o.c., but with two chefs cooking and no one else in how can this mistake be made . I would have expected chef to come and apologize. Extremely disappointed !!!!
