   Having just come back from a week at the Fairmont, we ate at Windows on the Sound every morning including Sunday Brunch. The food served is good - loved the cooked-to-order omelette; however, the breakfast buffet menu/items served doesn’t change (at all) so got a little old. Sunday Brunch was very good, but $54 per person plus drinks. The biggest disappointment is the service. As with the rest of the Fairmont, they are understaffed and there is a wait for drinks and small requests.

   The food was incredible! We were celebrating a big birthday and once everything was sorted with our table our dining experience was impeccable.

   Not that it was bad but lots of courses empty and all of the food was overdone so while sitting over heat got even more overdone. Will not go back for brunch but may try dinner another time

   The atmosphere and food quality was amazing the huge range of food selections was great Nice to see so many young chefs in place and happily doing their job with so much pride. The highlight for me was the pumpkin at gratin and cranberry sauce. Well Done to all

   The breakfast menu was likely pleasing, but I ate mainly the lunch menu. The cassava pie was awful! The food in general was of poor quality. The desserts while colourful, were tasteless. This is such a nice place, to have Sunday Brunch, but I will go elsewhere until, I hear your food has improved.

    We went to Sunday Brunch and it was very good. They have a mix of breakfast items hot and cold as well as eggs and omelettes made to order. On the lunch side they had several traditional Bermudian dishes which we really enjoyed getting to try, as well as a carving station and comfort food items like Mac and Cheese as well as a nice salad bar and selection of meat and cheeses. My personal favorite was the dessert station and the strawberry mousse and chocolate fountain were awesome. The view is beautiful and worth the trip if only for that. My only negative and really it was just the luck of the draw our table for two was against a half wall behind two very large 10 person -round tables when we first arrived we were the only ones so we could get up from our table to go and get food easily but about midway through a very large family group sat at the two tables and were moving back and forth between the tables socializing so it made it very tricky trying to navigate our way back to our table with plates of food. Not really a negative and for a seated lunch would have gone unnoticed but it is a buffet so you do need to be able to move about so just something to watch out for so you can request to be moved to another table. Overall a nice brunch experience.
