Unfortunately, my boyfriend and I were served cold and undercooked food. The drinks were pretty good but his barbeque platter made him sick.

Our overall experience was terrible. We reserved a table on OpenTable for 815 got seated by 825. No one took our order till about 8:45. We ordered the two beef patties for appetizers,, which were great and we ordered the oxtail and lamb, chop dinners. After waiting for about 45mins for our food we ordered the jerk wing appetizer because when I asked the waitress if it would be quicker to receive then our meal, her reply was yes because it would be another 15mins or so. The wings, upon arrival smelled amazing but were mediocre at best. We finally received our dinners, a total of an hour and 15mins from the time we ordered, of which neither had ANY Carribean flavor. The macaroni had no remnants of cheese flavor and was wet(not creamy). The sweet potatoes were extremely sweet, the rice and peas were dry, with the exception of mixing it in the seasoned-less oxtail gravy However, the cabbage was great and although the cabbage and beef patties were tasty neither the food nor the experience was worth the $150! Oh yeah, for what it’s worth, we did get 2 free Run Punch that was better than the food, for the LONG wait! So essentially I guess you could say we paid $150 for 2 beef patties, cabbage and 2 Rum Punch cause the rest of it went into the trash. We brought it home and I tried to doctor it up but it was no hope, in the trash it went! This was on our list of restaurants to try for 2025 but it’s safe to say we will NOT be returning.

We recently made a reservation at this restaurant and were seated in a timely manner, which started things off on a good note. However, once we were sat, the experience quickly declined. The hostess simply dropped us at the table without offering menus or any explanation about a QR code. We had to stop a random staff member just to get access to the menu. It took over 20 minutes before our server even acknowledged us or brought water to the table. When she finally did, she asked about food allergies. I shared mine, only to be told they couldn’t guarantee against cross-contamination—something that should’ve been addressed up front or better handled with more care. Because of this, I had to change my food order, and the server took another 15 minutes to return. I ordered the jerk chicken, which unfortunately fell flat. The sauce was far from traditional, the chicken was dry, and lacked the depth of flavor I typically associate with jerk seasoning. My husband ordered the rib tips, and thankfully, his meal was much better—nicely seasoned and flavorful. Important tip: Be sure to review your check before paying. Gratuity is automatically included—even for a party of just two. Unfortunately, we didn’t catch that and unknowingly tipped an additional $30 for subpar service. Overall, while the restaurant may have potential, the lack of attentiveness and inconsistent food quality made our visit disappointing. With better service and more attention to detail, this experience could have been much improved.

Had a nice lunch with my children 10&13 Friday. Our waitress Jazzy was on point the entire time so much so my children even noticed her great service. We had fried chicken, greens w/turkey meat, baked beans, Mac & Cheese & Turkey Tips.
