   We went to the Willoughby Brewing Company for my husband's birthday. It just so happened that the World Series was also on that night. We had incredible food, amazing service, and a fantastic atmosphere! We would definitely recommend to others! Go Tribe!

   I haven't been here in a year or two and finally got back. Pleasantly surprised with the new updated menu. I wanted to sample everything it all sounded great. We came in to watch the Indians WS game and it was great the place was active and fun but not too loud so we could talk at least in between innings. We just had a few of the appetizers. Soft pretzels but what was shocking was the dipping sauces, a unique spicy mustard and a spicy cheese, the winner by far was a caramel sauce infused with their awesome peanut butter cup porter ale. A humas plate was tasty and smoky. we will definitely be back to have a full meal their smoked meats and BYO mac and cheese looked awesome at the next table Servive was A plus our waiter explained the new menu to us, like he cared. made the night all the better.    Our waiter was wonderful. Jim was attentive for drink refills and answered any questions we had. The food was delicious, hot and flavorful. Your vast selection of beers enabled everyone in our party to find what they were wanting. We will be back

   Ordered the Henny Chicken. Service was extremely slow. Server said it was due to having inadequate number of frier's available to cook chicken. Delayed entire table's meal (7 people). Disappointing.

   I reserved a table for my daughter and a friend. They were 10 minutes late as they had never been there before and it took them a while to figure out how to get to the restaurant since it is behind the main thoroughfare. They were told they lost their reservation in a not so friendly way. Apparently the restaurant was pretty empty with minimal diners. They were eventually told they could have the table that had a reservation in an hour. The restaurant never did fill up and had many empty tables. I wonder if the young 20 something server would have treated an older couple the same way if they were 10 minutes late or is it just because these were 2 young girls who weren't comfortable with speaking up for themselves. Hostesses/Servers should be aware that just because a patron is young, they are still a paying patron and had no reason to assume any differently and be treated any less. Very disappointed in how the situation was handled by the front staff.

   honestly that impressed. We fir dinner prior toa show being hosted. food was sub-par; however, excellent service. Headliner comedian was drunk by the time his show started, which was a huge letdown. However, we liked the middle guy. We ended up leaving early. All in all, a waste of $85.

    I've been to Willoughby Brewing many times, and have enjoyed every visit. Recently they seem to want to add hot spices to just about everything. Not my cup of tea, so I will just be more careful in the future.
