The food was great and our waiter was great but the hostess, same woman both times, was incredibly rude and a poor representation of a NOLA staple.

The food was just ok. Chicken sandwich was overcooked and stringy. Shrimp and grits were just ok. Avocado toast and the biscuit were really good. Wait staff were great. Overall the place is overrated and the average food is just that average and overpriced.

Make reservations!! We had them and were seated right away! We have been before without and it is a long wait. Well worth it though! Great food, service and price! We will be back

Wonderful meal with a fantastic wait staff. The boys had biscuit sandwiches which were fantastic and I had the BEST avocado toast I have ever eaten! And I have had a lot of avocado toast in my day! We shared a chocolate croissant for dessert and it was also delicious. Service was quick and efficient. We don’t usually frequent restaurants twice since there are so many to choose from but we would definitely return here.

An admin fee was added to the bill, which I didn’t expect. The food was fine, but over priced. I used to love Willa Jean, but I’m unlikely to return.

Went at 7am and somehow our breakfast was cold. Cold eggs. Cold etoufee sauce. Served was great.
