   I had the veggie burger. Impossible to tell what was in it. There were also inedible buts in it. Made me wonder… I had brussel sprouts as a side instead of fries. They tasted old. My friends had Cobb salad that was served in a huge bowl but was mostly iceberg lettuce Overall disappointing I had wanted to try the new pasta bowls but $32 for a bowl of vegetables pasta and a salad seemed high. There were very few people in the restaurant on a Friday night, prime time. It’s not at all the same Wicked.

   I don’t even know where to start! One waitress for the whole dining room (wonderful hard working woman), no host, tables not cleared because the lack of staff. We had to ask for silverware. My husband’s pasta was hard and cold, but the kicker is I have celiac disease and I got deathly sick from cross contamination. This has been my go to restaurant for years because of the gf options and care for gf customers. When it was sold, the downfall started and I cannot believe our experience. Do no go if you have gf issues at all, dangerous. I’d call but I know it would be futile. So very sad as this was an incredible restaurant.

   Christina, We do not pretend to be a GF Restaurant even though we do offer some GF Items. I have expressed on many occasions that should anyone have a more serious GF allergy just as the previous owners did, we are not the same. If I realized that I was buying a GF Restaurant I would have never purchased Wicked, thought it was more of a Pizza restaurant and looking back maybe I should have changed the name to avoid GF issues for the many patrons. If you did get deathly sick, I do apologize and would invite you over to Villaggio where I do have many GF options under my care. Thanks Chef J

   Unusually loud environment. Large group of kids made our experience less pleasant than normal. D made no effort to quiet them down. Several couples left before ordering due to noise levels.

   I booked a reservation at Wicked for New Years Eve for a party of 8 people. This is one of our favorite restaurants but we haven't all been there together in quite a while due to life being busy so we were all looking forward to it! I even have the email confirmation with the reservation details. When a family member arrived a little before our 6:15 reservation, there was a note on the door saying they were closed for the night. The funny part of this was that I had to provide my credit card to book the reservation and was told I would be charged $20 per person if we cancelled or didn't show up for our time slot. I let my brother in law know this info and he went to book a reservation to see if maybe some how there was an issue but it still let him make one for an hour after ours was supposed to be. They would have charged me $160 (8x$20/pp) if we missed the reservation but we showed up on NYE to a closed restaurant with 8 people. The response my brother in law got when he wrote a review for the restaurant was just that "they turned their reservations off with open table" with no offer to make it right. We had to call all over and end up in a gross restaurant that had availability for our large party on NYE.

   Bartender was the host as well as, our waiter. He did a great job. Very personable and very good at his job. Unfortunately, the restaurant has negatively affected by the new management, which appeared to not be in attendance. Very few customers, understaffed on the night we were there - a Monday. Sad to see, as we love this restaurant. The food is still good, but a couple of entrees we wanted were unavailable at 7pm. Hopefully, they will get back to being the great restaurant they used to be.

   Meatball app came out ice cold! Calamari app was overcooked and chewy as rubber! The pizza was delicious and the waitress was great but we could’ve done without the cook yelling and swearing when the waitress brought the cold meatballs back! It was embarrassing, the whole restaurant could hear the yelling and screaming!

   The restaurant was completely out of any fish options, although we were not told until after we had seen the menu... and requested fish meals. The restaurant was also out of other very common items. QUITE disappointing. We don't plan on returning. The waitstaff was quite friendly and attentive, and needed to keep apologizing for the lack of menu choices. We actually felt bad for them.
