   We do not intend to go back. The poor service is the reason. The food was good, but not good enough to offset the poor service from our waitress and the manager. It started out well. She was friendly and said she would take the entire order of apps and entrées at the same time. We did not know we’d be waiting an over an hour for entrées to arrive. She eventually came to the table, blaming the delay on the kitchen and offered to comp us champagne, however, only half of our party was drinking so I suggested something else like dessert. She said she would talk to the manager. I don’t think this ever happened because after our entrées, she didn’t even ask us if we wanted dessert. She just asked how the ticket would be handled. She did not offer the list of desserts that we overheard the waiter at a different table offering his customers. I asked if we could then slget comped for the bottle of wine a few of us split, or at least for the dessert that she had mentioned earlier. Again she said she would talk to the manager. The manager came over and didn’t introduce himself or ask how the meal was. He just stood there and looked at us. We had to initiate the conversation to explain what went on, what we were offered by the waitress, and what didn’t happen. He only offered to comp us one dessert for the seven of us. If there was a way we could’ve tipped less than the mandatory 20%, we would have but it was built in to the ticket because we had more than six people. None of our party would recommend White Pillars.

   We had lovely service and everyone was very professional. There was a mixup with another reservation, but they handled it so kindly and our service was fast. We didn't expect our food to arrive as quickly as it did but it was AMAZING! We don't get to enjoy finer dining usually and we felt very comfortable and attended to.

   We love this place always amazing taste and presentation. One disappointment there was a service charge for using a credit card. Seems a little odd when you are at a high class establishment like White Pillars. I can understand it when you eat at a local pizza restaurant but it just feels wrong there. We will still patronize them as the food is top notch and not many local places even come close.

   Excellent food and service. Definite do again! Had this wedge, lamb and delish cream dessert.

   My overall experience was not good, the hostess at the front desk was very unpleasant. My husband is a Disabled Veteran and is in a wheelchair, when she sat us at the table his wheelchair did not fit under the table because the table was so small. We had to turn the table where the corner of the table was hitting him in his chest so he could get close enough to eat. I was surprised that the waiter or the manager that passed our table at least 5 times and did not acknowledge us could see that we were totally uncomfortable. The food was fair at best, the steak was very chewy, my fish was dry. We've gone to this restaurant at 3 times and by far this was the worst experience we have ever had. We will not be going back.

   Food was outstanding and service was fantastic. We were there for the Easter brunch. It was a memorable experience. Kudos to White Pillars. I highly recommend.

   This was our first time to the White Pillars Restaurant. We were very attracted to the atmosphere. The service was impeccable. Price range was reasonable and in line with other places. We will definitely be back and of course tell our family and friends about this place. Keep up the good work.

   The gathering of my sister girlfriends (we call ourselves The Dirty Shirleys) was a WONDERFUL night out at White Pillars! We were together celebrating a sister’s successful hip surgery recovery. Robert, our server, was attentive, knowledgeable, and fun! He was the BEST waiter we’ve had in a long time! The food?!🤤🤤🤤🤤 LAWDY was it SOOO GOOD! Being near the pianist while he played made it a little difficult for us to have conversations. Next time we’ll sit some distance away. Other than that, 5-Stars all the way!!
