    Compared to previous visit, few diners which detracted from ambience. Oysters absolutely the star of the show, with the monkfish a close second.

    Excellent service from all staff . The food was sensational and so was my Pacific Gin Martini we definitely will return next time we are in Edinburgh. Thank you for a great evening.

    Good was incredible, though started to arrive before the drinks! Also when we were sat, we weren’t given menus. Additionally after the we had finished we weren’t forgotten for 30mins and had to ask someone to clear out table away. Shame really because the food was amazing

    The food in this restaurant is outstanding. Service excellent would highly recommend. We have been several times and never disappointed. 10/10 each time.

    It’s been a lovely visit. Despite the long wait after a slight hiccup as they were extremely busy. The free drinks more than made up for it. 10/10 will visit again. Spectacular food !!!

    It was so wonderful we went twice on our holiday in Edinburgh. If you love upscale seafood (not fish and chips) this is the place to go!

    really great place - excellent menu with lots of small plates for sharing and good wine list. well worth a visit
