   The restaurant itself is a unique space. Well-designed and appointed. Signature cocktails stand apart from the crowd. (I highly recommend both the Old Fashioned and the Smoke Becomes Her.) But the food is the star of the show, as it should be. The weathervane scallops were excellent, cooked perfectly. The Outsider ramen, however, was a revelation. Whiskey & Ramen isn’t cheap, but it’s worth every penny.

   For Anchorage, upscale feel, but the the food isn’t great however am impressive whiskey delection. Just odd to mix Scottish Egg with Sushi and sake. Ick

   I showed up a little early to my reservation but was still able to be sat right away. I ordered wagyu carpaccio and the dark horse ramen and both were excellent! Staff was helpful and fast. I had a great time.

   Wish it was just a little quieter. But it is amazing food and great service. Unfortunately, it was my last visit. :(

   The food tasted delicious and the presentation is very appealing. The service was good and appropriate. The interior design of the restaurant is very appealing.

   It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Great atmosphere. You can tell by the background volume in the place that everyone is having a great time. The bartender was very helpful in choosing our drinks. The food was all fantastic. We started with the Whisky Pork Buns and Shishito Peppers followed by Business Lounge and Dark Horse and finished with Baked Alaska. So glad we discovered the place.

    Loved the food accept the whiskey pork buns, they had a strong fishy smell that threw off the taste. Other than that the takiyaki and ramen were soo good. Tried a couple drinks too they were good as well except for lucky day the ginger overpowered the drink. Flower of edo think it was called was super good and smooth like get you into trouple smooth. Overall food and drinks were great and service was good. Cant wait to go again and try more new foods. Would recommend 100 times over service was kind and patient 5 star customer service.
