   Went as a family for 2 for 1 pizza night. We were immediately seated, table was spotless. Staff were friendly & attentive. Couldn’t eat all the pizza so bought the leftovers home. We will definitely be going back.

   Never been before. Will definitely return . Went for the pizza 2 for 1 night. Didn’t know about the restaurant until I received the leaflet.

   A very nice Sunday roast ina nice clean and modern hotel. The service was excellent, with friendly staff.

   Unfortunately, our whole group felt disappointed with the food. We waited 50 mins for the starters to come out to find the tomato soup ordered had been replaced with carrot soup without any explanation or warning. It wasn't very nice and was mostly left. The mains were a combination of too oily, hard veg and bland. Again a lot of wastage Desserts again a mixture of too sweet and still frozen. We didn't say anything to the young lad that served us, as we didn't want to ruin his shift and it was Christmas. However, we won't be back in a hurry. Overall really disappointing for what should have been an enjoyable experience/afternoon.

   we have been going to the westmead for a few years now for our christmas meal, but that was the worst meal we have had there, the beef was under cooked with blood on it we was not given a choice of how we wanted it cooked, it was also tough to chew, i didnt have chance to complain as no one came over and asked if we were enjoying it. we did mention it to the girl who came with the bill but she didnt seem to bothered, i didnt cause a scene as i was with the daughter and grandkids, we wont be booking this year.

   Great experience at the Westmead , the service was outstanding ; the food was great value (we had the Christmas menu).

   We are regulars at The westmead for pizza and cocktail evenings. I booked a table for 7.30pm we arrived to a very busy dining room with what seemed like only one member of staff working. After approx 30 mins our drinks order was taken, a further 10 mins after our food order was taken to which we were told that you had run out of pizza and it was going to take 1hour for our food to arrive?! Because it was getting late we didn’t have much choice than to stay and select food from the main menu. When the food arrived it was tasty and we all enjoyed it and we were given a discount off our finally bill which was very much appreciated. Maybe it would be a good idea when taking bookings to find out which of those bookings would like pizza so you have enough and not to leave people disappointed. I didn’t get the girls name who served us but she was great and really turned a bad situation into a good one so hats off to her. We are booked for our Xmas doo with you let’s hope it’s a good night…..

    Food was nice fish&chips but was very disspointed no roast beef that was why went expensive lunch out for 3 fish chips&3 pepsi maxs £61
