   We were in and out in about an hour. Wife and I both ordered the 20oz Porter House Steak (Medium Rare) and it was fantastic. Our waitress was amazing too.

   The restaurant is very pretty inside, I love the lighted trees and it lends itself to a romantic evening. However it was very busy with lots of large parties and celebrations so it was very loud. The service was very good, our waitress was prompt and refilled our water glasses as needed. Our food arrived quickly and my Sirloin was cooked as I requested. The mixed vegetables were terrible- previously frozen and soggy with no seasoning and my steak was tough and hard to cut but it was seasoned and I liked the steak sauce smear on the plate.

   There were other servers on the floor that kept, during dinner in mid convo try to take plates off our table when we were not finished with the plate (food still on plate) Our server asked us a couple times if we were ready to order or main but we were still on the appetizer. The whole night seemed rushed, and not appreciated during a business meeting. Then, to end the night. The server then takes forever to ask if we need the check. Seems like a lot of new staff. I go here multiple times a month and the last visit with appetizer, they didn’t bring out plates for 15 minutes. When asked for another utensil kit, the waitress looked at me with an ugly face as if I’m asking for too much. Again we left the place not getting the check until 20 mins after completing meal.

   The Ribeye was excellent, as well as the Chipotle Alfredo. The buttermilk chicken, shrimp, or steak strips options are the best.

   We were seated right on time. Our server was very attentive giving us refills and checking in regularly. The food was outstanding. This is a really great experience and I would recommend it to everyone.

    This was an amazing dinner. We were celebrating our 39th wedding anniversary and West Texas Chop house did not disappoint. The wedge salad was giant, the filet and salmon were perfect and the truffle Mac and cheese was over the top yummy! Great selection of bourbons and specialty cocktails if that is your thing too. We had an amazing time.
