   Server was very rude , I ordered a drink . She made a face and moaned I asked her the issue she said we have a cocktail menu. Told her I don’t care for those can I have what I ordered ?

   My wife and I went here for our anniversary. We were 2 of no more than 10 patrons at 7:30pm. Took 20 min to get a drink because the bar tender was having fun chatting with 5 staff members busy doing nothing, including our waitress. Food was terrible at best. $45 prime rib came out ice cold, and that’s not an exaggeration. Manager solution was to zap the same piece of meat under a heat lamp making my ordered medium cooked meat shoe leather. Wife’s shrimp scampi was mostly water sauce with 4 pieces of shrimp. Zero to no flavor for either meal. Wait staff seemed overwhelmed, which is strange as they only had 4 tables to work between 2 waitresses. And, somehow the staff always managed to disappear. The only person we could track down was walking around straightening knives and forks at the abundant amount of unused tables, but was of no help because he couldn’t speak English. I get it. Tough times post pandemic in the service industry . But this was not a staffing issue. The restaurant had more than enough staff that did a whole lot of standing around and disappearing. This restaurant is poorly run and highly inefficient. Customers have an expectation of at minimum an average meal when you pay $75+ per plate, with drinks. This was simply put a terrible meal and terrible experience. The icing on the cake is this restaurant sits directly above the casino smoking section. So after a terrible night, we had the pleasure of walking out smelling like a frat house ashtray. Plenty of opportunities to do better we’re missed. Can’t imagine a scenario I would return to this restaurant or recommend to anyone.

   Our experience was wonderful! The food was terrific, but our whole experience was made better due the service of our server, Samantha. She was knowledgeable, attentive and so very helpful.

   Great Mother’s Day Dinner, loved the photo and carnations. Drinks, appetizers, dinner and dessert were fantastic.

   We went to WD Bar & Grille on Mother's Day, for Brunch, and, overall, it was disappointing: We were really looking forward to an upscale meal, as a family (my children are grown adults) and liked the idea of the $15 Unlimited Mimosas. To be sure the atmosphere was pretty good and most of the tables were full. Our server was friendly and professional. Everything was pretty good until our food order came. 3 of the 4 entrees were cold (not "not hot"). The eggs, potatoes and cheese sauce was cold. I never like to make a scene and I'd never send food back (I hate wasting food), but I just couldn't eat cold eggs and potatoes At $18-$26 for variations of Eggs Benedict, the least we could expect was for them to arrive hot and well-cooked. Reluctantly, 3 of us had to send back our dishes. Fortunately, the replacements came out in just a few minutes, so we didn't wait long... but, quite frankly, even the remakes weren't especially hot (though, MUCH warmer than the first batch). They certainly didn't seem like they were "freshly made to order." Oh well, the Mimosas were good and they did keep them filled and the server was apologetic, but we were hoping for a 5-star Mother's Day Brunch and it fell short.
