   Sadly had a very disappointing experience here. I've seen it described as "cosy", but it really wasn't - I acknowledge it's underground and obviously is an old Victorian toilet, but maybe because we were the only ones in there, there was no ambience and it wasn't exactly welcoming. However, the main reason for my poor review was that we had a real issue with the member of staff who served us. I'm not sure if he was on medication, felt poorly, was drunk or stoned, but he clearly was not in a fit state to be serving customers and we didn't particularly want him serving us food. So we cancelled our food order, paid for our drinks and left. Not very happy either that a service charge was still added to our drinks bill, which I queried, but the barman didn't know how to remove! Perhaps we were just unlucky, but I won't be returning to find out.

   lovely place, beautiful decor and cocktails were amazing. one member of staff made us very uncomfortable but the other staff were absolutely lovely and so kind. charcuterie boards were disappointing for the price it was, but again, the cocktails were incredible.

   Last minute booking for a Friday night. Good music-not so loud I couldn’t hear my partner. Food was delish and the staff were really friendly.

   I thought the food was only "okay" and very overpriced even for central London it was overpriced. The charcuterie tasted like it came from a standard supermarket like I might just buy at home. Service was again okay but I had to go up the bar to ask for cutlery then again for the bill. They apparently didn't have enough wine to sell us a bottle only a carafe. But the wine tasted very cheap but was on the menu at over £50 a bottle so I'm overall very underwhelmed by this place. Service charge on the bill then asked for additional tip!

   Nice idea poor execution. The place is quirky and has a vibe but the staff is distracted, lot of chatting to each other very little service or check backs to the tables. A place that offers wine and charcuterie should definitely level up their game in providing good nibbles The “mixed board” was the worst we ever had. Barely any cheese, mostly 1 slice of 3 type of cheese sliced up to 3 small bits. It was laughable. 2 blueberries, a small half of a strawberry and two slices of spicy salami of a sort. This all was £28. We are not coming back there are so many great places in London.

   This place is just the best for cocktails. Really friendly attentive bar staff who know how to mix a great drink and make for a really comfortable experience. I keep going back because I love it so much

    This venue is nothing short of amazing. You start your journey down the steps of a typical Victorian WC but having descended your greeted by attentive and happy staff. You can still see what the space was originally intended for but it’s been cleverly designed to be a sultry bar with cool music and a cocktail list to die for. The food was so tasty and accompanied the drinks beautifully. We were celebrating our 25 year being together and it was a memorable night where we can’t wait to return.
