   After all the reviews we've read we decided to see for ourselves, unfortunately, it was a bit disappointing, they ran out of two of our entree choices early in the afternoon just before dinner time. We did enjoy the ordered food but it was nothing special about it, regular food. The location, however, is excellent, therefore a little more effort should be made and that would be a perfect place for any time of the week/day.

   We were a group of 10 who needed to meet to do some planning. The service was wonderful - they cheerfully accommodated our requests to be seated in a quiet part of the restaurant, and turned down the background music so we could conduct our meeting. Our drinks and food arrived promptly, and were quite tasty. It was such a nice experience that our group decided to meet there again next month. Thank you, WaterWorks!

   I expected more of a fine dining experience and it felt like a bar. Service was fantastic! Food wasn't special, decent prices though.

   Good place to dine after a walk around the boardwalk and for pre-show or post show performances in Straz Center.

   We were seated at our reservation time on Saturday night in an odd and otherwise completely empty dining room with decor that looked like it was prepped for a prom in the 80s. (The adjacent bar looked like it may have been a 'hipper' atmosphere.) After waiting for at least 10-15 minutes without having a server stop at our table, we left for fear we'd miss our show at Straz if service was going to be that slow. I cannot comment on the food, drinks or value because we did not make it that long but I would not go again.

   We had reservations. The hostess was pleasant, because it was a 6:30pm reservation and they were a bit slower the hostess was also our waitress. She was very helpful with the menu. We both ordered the catch of the day which was blackened grouper, kale and a side of roasted potatoes. I had a glass of delicious Riesling wine. The meal did take a little longer than we expected and might have been a problem if we had not been there 1.5 hours before our show at the Straz. Without us asking they brought or charging for it, they brought out an appetizer and apologized for the time for our meal. Overall we were impressed. The food was delicious, it was quiet and easy to have a private conversation. The staff were very friendly and professional.

   We had reservations, but ran late due to traffic. We called them 7 + times to see about pushing our reservation back but no one answered any of the times we called. When we arrived, we were told we couldn't be seated and that if they did seat us, "service would be compromised." Her excuse for not answering the phone was "we are really busy - I answered, but got a dial tone." Not one apology - not one smile - nothing. We told them we were fine being seated and when we walked back to the dining area it was half empty.... Our server was beyond rude. He told us the kitchen was backed up but they would "try" to get our food out as quick as possible. We ordered a few appetizers and drinks and he disappeared for about 30 min. He wasn't even waiting on anyone in the dining area- literally gone...When we finally saw him again we asked if we would be able to get our meals out "once we ever ordered" within a decent time frame as we had a show to be at in an hour and he said "no, don't order any meals were too busy" so we ordered one more appetizer. He brought them out 5 minutes later and there was barely a spoon full of queso so we asked if we could get more and his response was "that's it were all out, I tried to tell you earlier were busy." I will NEVER return to this restaurant and I literally could not believe some of the things these people said to us. HORRIBLE service, and the food was poor as well.

   Reserved a hight top table. Was seated in the dining room. Waited 10 mins for a server or water. Ordered an app, drinks, and my friend ordered a sandwhich. 15 mins, no app, no drinks. Received app and I decided to order a sandwich too. Waited 20more mins for my sandwhich which never arrived until I asked for the bill. I refused the sandwich as we had been there over an hour. I ate 3 motz sticks and had one drink. $15. Terrible organization and customer focus.

    When we saw where it was actually located, I called to cancel the reservation. I was told I didn't have a reservation. I had received an email with a reservation #. ????
