   Nice view, beautiful place, service is good. It took long time for the prepararon of the food and the food was good, could be better.

   Typical hotel restaurant. Nothing over the top but also not McDonald’s. Food was good, although a bit pricey, wait staff was short on help but pleasant. Worth going to if you’re staying at the hotel. If not, explore other local options.

   The service and intimate environment was perfect!! The waiter was very attentive and was able to provide recommendations on entrees and wine pairing. The buffalo fried oysters, the crab dip, the seafood pasta, and the fried seafood platter were DELICIOUS!!! My date and I truly had a great experience and are actively planning our next date night to include our meal at the Waterside Seafood Company.

   Entrees were exceptional!! As was the service!! My Long Island from the bar left a lot to be desired as well as the asparagus...the she crab soup was the spotlight!! Would definitely come again!!

   If you are expecting a typical ho-hum hotel meal you will be disappointed. You should expect anything but. Although the night I had dinner there, a very limited menu was offered due to the kitchen having to deal with several large catered events. However, the shrimp was very good and in such large amount that dessert was gilding the lily. Unfortunately, the lobby design means that everyone in that area and in several group dining halls and the bar has to pass through the tables to reach the rest rooms.

   They are very S L O W. No hostess greeted us, no one seemed to know anything about Opentable. Our order was wrong. On the bright side, the food is good! We didn’t order dessert because everything else took too long.

    Went there for my daughter’s high school graduation dinner. We were a large party (14) and had booked a reservation through the Open Table app 2 weeks prior. Upon arrival we were informed that they did not have our reservation (“technical difficulties” was the excuse), however, they were able to accommodate us. Kitchen/Restaurant manager wasn’t very personable, but adequate. Food took about an hour to arrive after ordering - not good; however, our waiter was wonderful!!! Food delay could have been the result of a large, unexpected dinner party. I will be returning and would recommend this place to others.
