   From the moment you walk into Waterfront, you feel as though it will be a special night, The decor is warm and friendly, tastefully decorated with a sleek bar and open kitchen. The Menu was inspiring, varied and well-priced and the food did not disappoint as it was simply sensational, well presented, an explosion of different tastes. The wine list was extensive offering sumptuous wines from all around the world and at prices that were affordable. Finally, the service was exceptional, engaging staff, friendly and attentive. Highly recemented!

   The food menu and wine list is quite extensive. The quality of the seafood we selected was excellent and the staff were fantastic. The pricing was a little above what we would normally pay at a restaurant but overall we were extremely happy with the experience, this was our first visit. We will return.

   We enjoyed our lunch at Waterfront, most of the food was amazing. The seafood chowder unfortunately was really disappointing. It was watery and tasteless and the fish was overcooked. I didnt end up eating it and they removed this dish from our bill which was appreciated. They did firstly try to tell me it was soup so it would be liquidy, but in my experience, chowder is quite a thick and creamy texture. Lots of body - this was not.

   The waitress, although pleasant, did not hear what we were ordering. My father ordered a double scotch to drink, he was given a single. So, we ordered another and then that was fine. Then my father ordered 1/2 dozen oysters and asked if he could have them Mornay style, and Lobster Mornay. He received 1/2 dozen natural oysters and Lobster with Garlic butter. I ordered 1/ dozen Oysters Kilpatrick which were so dirty that I was spitting out pieces of shell and grime for each and every Oyster. I then ordered Lobster natural. I received Lobster with Garlic butter also. The manager was quite rude and informed me that they did not offer this on the menu. I stated that when I placed the order, shouldn't I have been informed of this, and not just given whatever I was given. I do not like heated lobster. I only eat it natural and chilled. So, I was told that the chef would prepare me a boiled Lobster that would be chilled if I was happy to wait 10 minutes, which I agreed to. I then received my hot Lobster and asked if this was okay. Overall, it was a very disappointing night, dining at a restaurant that we had previously been to and enjoyed immensely. We will not be going back there again!
