    I’ve been to Water Grill several times and always loved it, but tonight changed my opinion. They served my wife and daughter oysters that they forgot to clean so there was dirt/sand/barnacles on them, and they served me raw chicken. When I showed it to the waiter he didn’t seem to care (“I’ll let the kitchen know.”) and took no action, which was surprising to me. I’m not one to make a fuss so I let it slide and still tipped well. Within 30 minutes of leaving I was very unwell. Maybe just a bad night with the wrong kitchen and wait staff?

    The waiter Jordan made the day for me. He was attentive, warm, knowledgeable on the dishes, all smiles. He was top notch. Thank you Jordan

    Wonderful open air experience, however with the windows open to 17th there was a lot of motorcycle noise coming in.

    We had a business lunch here and it was fantastic. The service and food was very impressive. We share some oysters that were meaty and wonderful. We will definitely be back!

    What a beautiful menu and options for Denver for a seafood restaurant. Everything was first quality that you might expect on one of the coasts. Matt was a great way thank you for everything.

    Water Grill is hands down one of the best restaurants in Denver. The food is always amazing, the service is beyond exceptional, and the overall experience every time we go there has been nothing short of wonderful. I highly recommend this restaurant for ANY occasion - celebrations, work functions, happy hour with friends. It meets all the criteria and more!
