   We took a chance and it paid off. We are from Rochester and were meeting friends from Syracuse for dinner. The town of Clifton Springs is midway. It is a quaint "old-fashioned" town. The food and ambiance were wonderful. We all left very impressed and wanting to come back again.

   Delicious, interesting choices (a plus), Pricey for the area. Excellent service and terrific bakery.

   My experiences at Warfields are nearly always outstanding. The food last week was amazing. Everything was great except: they need to turn up the heat. It was too cold. And.....they are having problems with their cappucino machine. Given that I have had a variety of machines myself over the last twenty years I honestly don't see why this should be a problem. Get a good machine, fix it and make sure someone(s) knows how to operate it! Obviously, if this is the worst thing you can say about a place, that's saying a lot!

   First time there, but had always heard it was good. Food was excellent. We both had rack of lamb. Bakery on site was also great as we took home some goodies. The restaurant was a little pricey, but did not change our minds as to what we were going to have. Great restaurant and food. Definitely worth the drive from Rochester and will definitely be back in the summer when we can enjoy the outdoors!

   Food was decent but service could have been better . Workers there all seemed to think pouring water was the most important thing . Lots of groups of women at 1;00!abd the noise level was terrible !

   I love the food at Warfield's! Starting from the delicious bread with all of the butter spreads, to the wonderful entre assortments, to the amazing desserts, whether off the menu or the bakery. My daughter is vegan and has a nut allergy. They are always so accommodating to her needs, creating special dishes just for her. Can't wait to go back!!

    We had a great "date night". The food was terrific, and the pace of the service was tuned to our needs. We will surly be back.
