   Went to Wandering Vine for Easter brunch. Atmosphere was great but unfortunately the food did not meet expectations as they have in the past. Food wasn’t served warm and just a number a things not quite right to make the overall experience disappointing.

   We enjoyed trying WV out but thought the food was mediocre. Wouldn’t return based on Easter. Sorry to say.

   Focaccia bread appetizer was excellent. Salad and mains were just okay. We mentioned to the server it was my wife’s birthday. She brought out a dish of flowers and lit a sparkler, offered to take a photo and then took it away. Super lame and odd that they didn’t comp a desert after spending $200 including tip. Not a great value and don’t plan to return.

   My daughter and I enjoyed High Tea on a Saturday afternoon. It was an amazing experience. The service was great and the food was delicious. Carla was the sweetest hostess ever. We can not wait to return for lunch or dinner.

   Lovely restaurant, the food was delicious. We were greeted by the owner and she introduced herself to us. My only complaint would be that we ordered the shrimp cocktail and received more crackers than shrimp, 4 total shrimp. The shrimp were small and the appetizer was $19. We loved the wine towers, that was a fun way to try different wines. We will definitely come back to try different dishes.

   The architecture and decor is charming. The owner came over to our table and greeted us personally. Our waiter was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and wine list. We can’t wait for the patio to open for the summer.

   We celebrated our anniversary Wandering Vine and was not disappointed. Everything was great. Service, food, wine and ambience was just what we were looking for. Thank you Wandering Vine.

   Tonight's experience at the Castle was disappointing. We're used to having such a great experience, but much of the food was either not good or just okay. The "fishstick" appetizer came with a good sauce, but it had almost no structure, making it hard to eat. The salads were good. My wife enjoyed her salmon, saying it was prepared very well, but thought the side was just okay. The real disappointment was my lobster pasta. At one of the highest prices on the menu, I was shocked to discover that the whole dish basically had one flavor and that flavor was salt. The lobster was nicely grilled, but also noticeably salty. Finally, while my wife liked the flavor of the citrus tart, it did not match the menu description (candied citrus replaced with fig) and the crust was so tough it couldn't be cut. We've come to expect excellence from Wandering Vine. We hope this meal was just a bad night. We did notice, for the first time, that neither owner appeared to be there, so we hope there isn't anything wrong.

    Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The interior is stunning and made for a unique experience. The food was delicious, with a wide variety and nice presentation. We didn't sample too many of the wines, but that's definitely a selling point of this restaurant. Would recommend.
