   We received a text message cancelling our table 3 hours before reservation. Apparently this was due to "unforeseen circumstances" but also due to "an ongoing issue". I feel cancelling at such short notice would have been more polite to do by phone call rather than text. As there is an "ongoing issue" which appears to have been a problem on various other occasions according to social media posts, I will not be rushing to rebook in case it occurs again at the last minute.

   Outstanding work by the staff to provide excellent customer service. I enjoyed my interaction and would love to book again in the future.

   Social distanced dining, smaller menu but still fab food. Sirloin steak asked for well done came pink but sorted without an issue. Cheese crush burger with loaded fries were really nice lots of flavour washed down with a rose wine. Had the Dutch baby dessert which we’d had previously and very good and enough for two. Looking forward to next time

   Staff were friendly, the decor is lovely and modern. Good choice of burgers, which were excellent and the cocktails were fab. Very good value for money and will definitely return.

   Went during the “eat out to help out” scheme - food and service was really good, would go again!

   The quality and presentation of the food was very poor overall . Scallops tasted like fried in smoked bacon lardons and I don’t eat pork served with old stale bread , but assured it was fresh and a ‘ different’ type focaccia! I know stale bread when I eat it! Steak montaditos served on baguette bread and not chargrilled ciabatta , no fish dish as advertised, vegan steak was inedible and returned to kitchen and rightly removed from the bill , skin on fries were not skin on and they were luke warm . Service was slow but friendly and courteous , staff adhered to distancing and cleaning advice, it’s a shame as it’s a lovely looking place , good ambiance but food really lets it down and as a treat meal for first night out after lockdown it was a big disappointment and sadly as locals wanting local businesses to do well , we won’t be returning.

   It felt like a fairly reasonable steak house that I did not personally find remarkable for the quality of either it's menu or the quality of it's food, The service was pleasant enough but rather slow - it took almost 45 minutes for our starter to arrive and the main course also took its time to appear. It was ok, but I am afraid did not compare with our other dining experiences in the week.

   The food was well presented, good portions and delicious. The service was also friendly. Definitely a place that I would visit again, when next in the area as well as recommend to others.

   We had lovely meal, mine was perfect and my husband's only disappointment was his hummus which was quite thick and watery. The cocktails were gorgeous. The restaurant has a lovely feel to it. The decor is beautiful and staff are lovely. A perfect night out. Glad we have found this restaurant we will be back. Thank you.
