The food and service were wonderful. The restaurant was FREEZING! We had to eat with our coats and scarves on! It was ridiculous! Fix your heat!!

There were a few menu items they were out of and the servers were too busy talking to each other. It’s was my second time and last. I hope they can get it together and be better. I live in the area and it’s nice to have options.

We ate here for the first time and found all of our entrees to be delicious. So much so that we ordered several of them more than once. We did find it odd though however that our tab was already placed on our table before we were even close to being done with the 2nd course of our meal. That, plus we noticed that the ramen broth was already added to the noodles for their ramen takeout orders. The broth’s always separate from the noodles for togo orders. Management corrected this upon request. Great food / service nonetheless

Food was okay some not as edible! Waitress was super helpful and nice. Server was leaning over other peoples plate of food while they were eating to serve another plate. Server was not professional

It's a cute restaurant. The seating is nice. I got the bulgogi noodle dish and the steak was extremely overcooked and tough. My food wasn't hot. The Arnold Palmer drink they had was lack luster and the matcha cheese cake was tiny and flavorless. Service was ok. My server was also the bartender so she wasn't very attentive. Probably won't go back.

I've visited NYC and Madrid locations and was looking forward to the Atlanta restaurant. Sorry, but the Atlanta location is a real disappointment. Horrible service. The food taste and quality doesn't stand up to other locations. I would NOT recommend the Atlanta location. Total disappointment.

We always enjoy the food at Wagama. The wait time on dishes was extremely long for a venue that wasn’t packed. We also received the newest server they have so that added to the wait. But she was still very sweet.

Only 6 of us in restaurant yet meals cam out over 6-7 minute period. Panko overcooked. Server was good
