   The entire evening was absolutely phenomenal. Every dish we received was completely amazing and unique. I opted for the Discovery Pairing and it did not disappoint. One of the highlights was definitely the service! All of the staff were kind, genuine and knowledgeable, showing great care in curating a memorable experience for each and every guest in the venue. A big thank you to Fergus and Ben who primarily looked after us, as well as the rest of the team for making it such a beautiful night!

   Went on our first anniversary. Everyone made us feel special. Food and the whole experience was outstanding.

   This occasion was my wife's 70th birthday - we were seated by the window for a great view, and the staff signed a card for her. Attentive and informative service from the sommelier and the waitstaff/chefs as each course and wine pairing was presented, They gave us a kitchen tour at the sorbet course break - the chef gave us an excellent and enthusiastic guide into to what was happening back there while we dined. We especially enjoyed the recognition of Australian culinary folklore and traditions - with marron, kangaroo, damper, and billy tea ice cream on the menu, and also appreciated the Australian provenance of the ingredients served to us during the meal. A real lifetime experience...

   The waitresses were phenomenal & extremely attentive to us, but also very kind. The food was very fun & creative, there were a few we were unsure as to whether we enjoyed the flavours but most tasted delicious. (We didn’t mind either way as we knew it was a unique set of food & had fun learning about each dish!) Would’ve preferred to be seated closer to the kitchen where it was more lively and not right at the entrance on table 1, especially since I booked 4 months in advance. It was ok but just not as lively. Lastly as it was a celebration for a huge birthday milestone, it would’ve been nice to have at least placed a candle in her dessert & sing happy birthday. Most / all places do that & hence, it felt as though no effort was made to actually acknowledge or celebrate why we were there. She was given a signed paper saying happy birthday but even that was generic with her name not written on it. Just something, a personal acknowledgement of the celebration would’ve been nice. Overwall yes the experience was extremely lovely, but the things I’ve addressed above is why I’ve given 4/5 stars. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

   Wow, second time dinning here and absolutely delivered in every way once again. The food was exceptional and the staff were simply outstanding. Thank you all for a very memorable evening.

   Beautiful dinner. Absolutely perfect night from both the kitchen and service team. The best restaurant in the country by a long way. Thank you to the whole team for making it a perfect birthday dinner.

   I cannot fault the service or the food. There were a couple of courses that weren't as good as others, but they weren't awful. The staff was very friendly and down to earth. It was a very very expensive lunch but we enjoyed every moment of it.
