   The view at Vue 412 is spectacular! The food was excellent! I recommend the calamari as an appetizer!

   Went here for our first anniversary. The upstairs looked very nice and the view of Pittsburgh was fantastic. The downstairs (where we were seated) felt like more casual - nice for groups, not so nice for a date. Food was OK but the manager and waitress/waiter was very kind and attentive. Probably wouldn't recommend for a date night but maybe to celebrate a special occasion with a group

   Paid for our own parking $10; hostess absent for quite awhile from reception area; waitress tried to help seat us but did not know how to find reservation. Hostess finally came back but did not check our reservation until we requested being checked for arrival. No inquiry as to where we would like to sit. Took us to a cold stone table in the bar area whereas up stairs had tablecloths. No placemats. Had to sit diagonal of my spouse since his chair was pushed up against another guest. Spouse's view was of a severely chipped paint door. No water provided or asked about. We had the salmon spinach salad and Cobb chicken salad. Both were tasty but very long stems on spinach had not been trimmed. We had to request bread or rolls which was good but only bruschetta size. No refills were offered on bread. Groupon was accepted without question, but newer waitress had to take my phone to manager instead of calling him over. Ladies room is up numerous stairs for seniors or disabled.

   Had a nice quiet lunch with my daughter last Saturday. Love the new spring menu! This is the third time I've been here for lunch in the last couple months. Very nice lunch menu. All fresh ingredients, good pricing and excellent service

   Outstanding! Because of the mixed reviews, I was a little leery of taking people visiting, but since 2 of them had never been to the Burgh before thought the view would be nice. View is wonderful! Service was great, very attentive, but didn't bug us. Suggested different things, food was great. Would definitely go back, especially with out of town guests.

   The ambiance was great. The view was beautiful. The food was delicious and the staff was attentive and friendly. My wife said it was the best chicken she has ever had and the filet literally melted in your mouth. The wait was a little long, but they were extremely busy and everyone was always hard at work. The view makes it much more tolerable. Trying to pick out buildings from the view was a really nice experience.

   Our graduation celebration dinner at Vue 412 was amazing. Our table was upgraded to a private dining room with a view, and the food and service were all excellent.

   Didn't get any water refills, there for over an hour. Ordered filet mignon medium rare. Burnt outside, over cooked inside, dry. Did not resemble a filet mignon cut either. Mashed potatoes may have been from a box. Overall felt like chain restaurant.

   Mussel app. was so over powered by lemon flavor it was not enjoyable. Scallops were described by waiter as sauteed to a golden brown crust before being finished off in the oven. You could smell the fishy smell of the scallops before they reached the table. One of four scallops had a little browning on one side. The accompanying greens were so strong with vinegar they could not be eaten and the golden raisins had the same strong vinegar taste. My husband had the salmon, which he said was fine, but it came with broccoli rabbie? that had also been doused in vinegar and could not be eaten. I think the chief is trying to be creative with flavor combinations, but it just does not work. They also need to replace the filthy carpet.

    Absolutely terrible. Not only where we sat down and they "forgot" they sat for 30 minutes even though we where in the middle of the top floor . my steak was rubber and bland my girlfriend chicken was burned and her tiramisu was frozen solid. It was un eatable. The view was the only thing enjoyable. I had such high hopes and was extremely disappointed . it was a total waste of money and I would never go back .
