Our founder Quanren Lin is the reason for our great success. Mr. Lin and his masterful chefs continually work to improve and expand the Volcano menu. They are dedicated to providing Volcano guests with not only the best in Japanese cuisine, but also an experience in Japanese dining. Our chefs work tirelessly to craft the menu, ensuring they offer a variety of food and beverage items to please each and every guest.

Volcano Steak & Sushi Japanese Restaurant (named after hibachi’s fiery cooking style) boasts a kid friendly menu, an extensive food menu and a variety of specialty crafted cocktails. The restaurant offers in house seating, in house private events, "to go" orders, and catering.

Good sushi recommend the sweetheart roll that was excellent. We sat at the tables and not hibachi and it was moderately loud. Still looks like the Mexican restaurant it used to be.

Food was good, sushi was really good. Most entertaining hibachi I’ve been to! The cook was very funny and great with the kids!

Overall good experience but annoyed we had to wait 25 minutes to be sat even though we had a reservation. Also the floor where I was sat was extremely slanted and my chair kept sliding away from the table so it was pretty uncomfortable the whole time

Bartender was great-very friendly. Staff at hibachi table was very attentive. Chef was amusing. Food was great.

It was New Year’s Eve (early, though) and check in was a bit chaotic. No one was at the desk and people with earlier reservations were still waiting. There was a group of 18 waiting to be seated but they had only written down 13 and were struggling to accommodate the party. Overall, we had a nice experience and a fun chef. We’d go back in the future.

The restaurant was not very well equipped to handle the New Year's eve crowd. Food was good, service, notdo much.

We were there on Christmas and the food was fresh, and very good. Service was awesome. Anticipating what we would need. Will be back.
