   We were visiting Pismo Beach and looking for a restaurant to have our Easter dinner. We had an early afternoon meal at a table along the windows overlooking the beach and the Pacific. It was a magical view. I had the rack of lamb and my wife had a special of halibut. Both our meals were exceptional and perfectly prepared. For dessert we split a pina colada bread pudding , which was unique and flavorful. Our waiter was a college student from San Lois Obispo who was cheerful, welcoming and fun to talk to. The rest of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely recommend the Vista Steakhouse and Seafood Restaurant to anyone visiting the area.

   Loved the brunch choices on the menu. Each of us ordered 3 different choices and all were good dishes. I had the 3 egg omelet with gruyere cheese and 3 lobster yum claws on top as well as lobster inside the omelet and mornay sauce. Fabulous! Service was exceptional. My only disappointment was my Bloody Mary . It cost $15 and it was watery. Had to request more of the mix and I never really tasted any vodka. The ocean view 1was incredible!

   Excellent steak and lobster and halibut! Make sure to get there early and request a window seat, so you can take in the amazing view!

   First time eating here. Our waitress April was amazing. The food was excellent and we will definitely be coming back.

   I recommend the beef short ribs, lobster Mac n cheese, and truffle fries without a doubt

   We LOVE VISTA!!! It is a great restaurant. The food is wonderful, the service is great and the view is amazing. We always enjoy eating there. We had dinner with friends after our Good Friday church service and really enjoyed it a lot. Caleb took very good care of us and checked on us a few times during our dinner to make sure everything was OK. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

   Excellent as always - clean with beautiful ocean views - try to dine before dark or you will miss the entire view

   Food was exceptional. My Wife and I both had the Filet. She likes hers Well Done, while I prefer Med. Rare. Steaks came out together, cooked exactly as ordered, a not so simple task when there is an extreme range in cook temperature. Service was great. We eat here on semi regular basis and have never been disappointed. This restaurant is on par with a Morton’s or Ruth’s Chris for quality of food. Atmosphere, not quite up to that level. However, the price is a bargain in comparison. We always enjoy coming back, and will return soon. Highly recommend.

    Too noisy. But lovely. Would return but would eat very early in hopes it would be quieter.
