   Very helpful staff allowed me to rearrange my booking due to train cancellations. Orders taken straight away and food arrived 15 minutes later. Pizzas were delicious. We always come here after jump rush based on quality of food, location and value for money.

   Staff and service were all good. I am very disappointed with the menu choices. Burgers and pizza is all that you offer. If you stick with this menu I will not return.

   Full of guys drinking in the restaurant area, very loud. We discovered the menu has changed its no longer italian food, just burgers and pizzas. Yes pizzas are Italian but we always enjoyed the pasta meals.

   We haven't been in a while and I was disappointed on this occasion and unlikely to return. Very limited menu of burgers and pizza; I hadn't realised it had changed. We ordered crispy coated chicken wings and they were extremely spicy (not noted on the menu) for me never mind my 8 year old. Kids pizza fine, eggs n bacon burger...burger slightly overcooked and bacon very hard in places. For £15 I wouldn't say good value. Service was fine and the view is lovely.

   The pizzas specifically was awful just a mountain of grease, made me physically sick, not good at all, didn't acknowledge this at all was not interested, other than that sides was nice but that's all I can say that was

   New menu is poor nothing Italian about it it’s just pizza and burgers, all the hidden costs 50p for seasoning and £2 for sauce is astronomical. You need this printed and not relying on staff to mention at the point of ordering. Premium cocktails are not value they come out in the smallest glasses I’ve seen and nothing theatrical to it

    Very disappointed that they’ve cut the menu down. No pastas at all which I find odd for an Italian. My husband ordered wings and got strips. We asked for them to be taken off the bill but they never. My husband dropped a drink carrying the tray over to the table and they refused to replace it… even though we’d been bowling and spent a lot of money in there.
