I’ve been going to this restaurant regularly since it opened. It’s very consistent with the quality of the food and of the service. I had the bison tartare. Delicious! Highly recommend!

Vin 48 never disappoints! We have never had anything we didn’t love from the cocktails to the wine list to starters, small plates entrees and desserts. 5 star for all!

I was looking forward to eating the “Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes”, but was a bit disappointed when my “crab cakes” only came with one crabcake. Still delicious and great experience just an awfully small portion, especially for it being plural on the menu….

Absolutely love coming here when we visit Beaver Creek. Always a phenomenal meal and that carrot cake is absolutely amazing. Service is always on-point.
