   I absolutely loved the ambience and decor—such a warm and inviting atmosphere. Our server, Dakota, was fantastic: attentive, friendly, and made the whole evening even better. The wine selection was impressive, and my friends couldn’t stop talking about how much they enjoyed their drinks. I had the panzanella salad with shrimp, and it was delicious—the shrimp were perfectly tender. The bread and olive tray served while we waited was a thoughtful touch and really set the tone for a great evening. Overall, a lovely experience from start to finish.

   Unfortunately this place was not good. All the food was just very bland with no taste. They also seem to be trying to hard to be trending. Terrible music played too loud. Staff was good but it was a let down.

   Service was amazing, both server and manager were very polite and helpful. Food was outstanding, great options and everything was delicious

   Was really looking forward to a nice evening with some great Italian food. While the sauce and pasta were great the Chicken was dry and tasteless. While I don’t normally complain I asked to have some better chicken which the server was more than happy to do for me. In the end the remake of the chicken was good, but my pasta and sauce were cold by the time I got the remake. The manager was sitting at the bar, never coming over to touch the table or even ask about my experience. I found this to be weird, but maybe she was just having a bad evening. In the end probably won’t be back but may give it a try down the line we will see.

    Super frustrated with our experience at Vicino this evening. Our fault for booking a marginal restaurant at best for a special occasion. Booked a week in advance to celebrate a birthday. Very frustrated at getting a terrible table near the door despite many open tables in the restaurant. After requesting a better table not near the drafty door, they sent the manager to tell us there was nothing he could do. Might put up with it if the food was actually good or interesting. Will not waste any more money or precious time dining here and will spread the word about our awful experience at this has been restaurant. Unfortunate since the manager could have rectified the situation but chose not to. Will spread the word about our awful experience to everyone I know.
