   Disappointed that both sides of the restaurant have become one—menu-wise. We did not know this when we made the New Year reservation. Bummer.

   We anticipated an upscale experience in all aspects The prices are certainly reflective of an upscale experience But as good as the food and service were, the first impression is hard to ignore. That being, the host that seated us dressed in blue jeans and tee shirt.....really?!? And not at all welcoming! Not sure we will be back

   Great wine list. Service good. Room very cold and drafty. Waiter smelled like cigarettes. My entree was excellent and was a regular entree on the menu. My husband got a risotto special with crab and shrimp and it had less fish than my entree which was cheaper. Odd. Not sure we will go again.

   Via Vino is connected to Sugos which is an outstanding restaurant. Great food, excellent service and a good value - we always enjoy eating at Via Vino and Sugos.

   Family of 4. Saturday night ~6:15. Good experience, food was prompt. Service good. Not too crowded. Food enjoyable. No fuss, in and out.

    The restaurant now has it’s own door so you don’t have to enter from Sugo’s, though you still can. The ambiance is more romantic than Sugo’s but the food is essentially the same. Small but excellent selection of wines by the glass. Wonderful salads and risotto, but unfortunately the salmon, while very well seasoned and tasty, was a tad overcooked and dry for my taste, but since my dinner guest was fine with her salmon, I did not send it back. I’ve been to Sugo’s and Via Vino several times and this really is the first time my meal was not absolutely perfectly prepared.
