   This has become our new go to Berkeley restaurant before a play at Berkeley Rep. Tonight continued to impress. The changing seasonal menu creates a nice variety, while maintaining some standards. The staff is friendly, efficient and helpful. We look forward to our next visit at the end of May! My husband said the rack of lamb was some of the best lamb he's ever had! They also make some mean cocktails - Manhattan's being our standard. The ravioli di carne with braised short ribs, butter and sage was wonderful and not the traditional shape, but rather folded into a triangle and was delightfully al dente.

   We hadn't been for a while, and that was a mistake, b/c Corso is better than ever. The place was lively/jumping, but our server was spot-on -- actually thought about his wine recommendation based on what we were ordering, and then came up w/the best Sicilian, as we are going there next week! Everything was delicious and the prices are reasonable. It's a gem, and we're glad it's still going strong.

   Always a great meal at Via del Corso. I especially appreciate the quality of the service, always first class. Reservations essential.

   We sat outside and it was lovely. Celebrated my friend’s 60th birthday and it was special.

   Perfect service in terms of timing of food courses delivery, server interaction. All dishes met or exceeded expectations. Free bread and butter was unexpected pleasure. Tuesday night noise level not bad, for those who are sensitive.

   This place just gets better and better. Chef Massimo, having learned from one of the best, really has found his own voice and both the plating and flavors are spot on! The tagliolini with squid was truly memorable and one of the best dishes we’ve had at Via Del Corso while the Bistecca is, in a word, amazing! Ours was perfectly rare and perfectly charred on the outside and tender and juicy inside. Bravo Massimo! And congrats to Via Del Corso, one of the few restaurants we’ve been to lately that actually is getting better in this tough environment.

    Excellent restaurant. Always get the same table in the quiet corner. Folks are great; wine-list lovely. What's not to like? had halibut last time in a delicious sauce with fresh fava beans in it.
