We have always loved food and how it brings people together. The sharing of a table and a meal is wonderfully complemented by an exchange of thoughts and ideas. And this food that we share is so important. Where it comes from, how it was grown or treated, and how it was procured all has a lasting impact on our health and the wellbeing of the Earth.     Food & Staff were outstanding . Had reservations & my wife & I were greeted warmly & seated immediately . Friday apparently a good night for "specials" as the list was varied & sounding delicious.

    This was my birthday celebration meal. I chose Vesta to dine because it always hits the top marks for me in flavor, quality and interesting options all at somewhat reasonable prices. My friend janice and I shared -the large salad with roasted hazelnuts — stellar with just right amount of light dressing -3 amazing appetizers where the portions of food are beautiful and generous.. - sauteed mushrooms on bruschetta has gorgeous mushrooms sautéed to perfection - beef off bone special was just perfection - roasted cauliflower with currants and honey delicately added flavors I dine here often but yesterday hit the mark as usual!

    If I could give 6 stars I would. Vesta is our go-to restaurant. Food, fantastic and creative. Service, angelic and cheerful. A real treasure!

    Such an amazing restaurant- from the people, to the food, to the atmosphere. Everything comes together for a great experience. High quality that doesn’t break the bank.

    Noisy on the back patio which I would not consider an indoor table. Server was courteous but seemed very busy wasn’t full attentive as a result

    Fantastic. Thoughtful and flavorful food. Balanced and well seasoned. Efficient, professional service too. For me, the amazing part is that it is as good today as I remember it to be 8 years ago! Amazing.
