   We stoped by to vermilion for a amazing dinner. We started with a tamarind paneer and kale bhel. They gave complimentary masala fries that where a amazing and a nice gesture plus two pani puri margaritas that where refreshing. Then we had our main course, lobster Portuguese for the wife with this amazing coconut goan gravy and lemon rice. I had tamarind ribs they where cooked to perfection with a mango and watermelon slaw with mint and a touch of lime that went perfect with ribs. To finish we had a chocolate cake with cotton candy and side of chocolate sauce to pour on top that was delicious called ceiling smasher.

   The last supper was incredible as always. Will miss the tamarind ribs, tandoori skirt steak, Kolkata streets chaat, and Bollywood item number cocktail - my go to favorites.

   We were the only people in the restaurant. Fancy food names but no taste. I will not recommend this to anyone, there are so many other good restaurants on Hubbard.

   While the food was decent, the overall experience left us disappointed. Arriving on a Saturday night at 7 pm, we were surprised to find the restaurant completely empty—a red flag in itself. But the real letdown was the watered-down cocktails. For a single round, six of us paid a little over $100, yet the drinks tasted like flavored water with no hint of alcohol. This felt not only disappointing but frankly dishonest. Without a bartender in sight, it seemed one of the wait staff prepared our drinks, which likely explains the lack of quality. All in all, this experience was far below our expectations.

   Had a lovely dinner here before a show at the Chicago Theater. My wife and I both enjoyed the blend of cuisines, which led to some really interesting and delicious flavors. We’ll definitely be back!

   The food was excellent. The cauliflower thing had really good flavors. The fried rice had a lot of textures. The Chaat- Yuni something was OK. The waiter rushed us to order. He bothered us 4 times while we were talking. Then the Chaat came, we had just begun to eat it when the other food came to the table. I realized, after the meal was over, that there was a sauce or dip for the Chaat. The waiter should have told us. They took a while to clean up the dishes. They never removed our empty plates, even after we had put all our food in doggy bags.
