   Upon walking in your welcome by beautiful sights. The ambiance at this restaurant is amazing. The hostess greeted us and realized she got my name wrong upon making my reservation on the phone earlier that day. We were seated and as for our drink orders about 3 min after. We ordered The Poise in Apple and a mimosa. The apple drink was great something different while the mimosa just basic Brunch request also good but nothing to it. To start we had the guacamole which was pretty basic and standard. For brunch my cousin had the Short Rib tacos 🌮 and I had the Brioche stuffed bread pudding with a side of clothesline bacon. The tacos were tasty, good flavor and were a good temperature. My Brioche bread was horrible. Everything was cold including the bacon which was overcooked and seemingly sitting out for god knows how long. But that bread pudding takes the cake as one of the worst things I’ve had while dining out in a long time. The stuffing was sour and very displeasing. I hate sending things back so was going to bear it when the waitress saw me struggling to enjoy my meal. She recommended the bacon and fig flatbread which was much better. Great blend of sweet and savory. How ever I was pretty clouded by how awwwful the brioche bread was. Lastly we had the Coco express drink which is served in a mug and has some frothed milk and espresso. I was told this was a really good drink if I liked coffee and much like everything else I was underwhelmed. Overall this place is highly overpriced for such mediocre quality. If you want to compete with Manhattan’s prices and make out like them at least provide the same level of quality and make these obscene prices. For 2 people and few items bill was a lil over $200 for Brunch which I can’t was worth in price or experience. Make it make sense. I guess in this case we’re paying for the space (their rent).

   Made a reservation for 745 at the red room lounge. I got there at 7:50. They told me the red room lounge was full due to a larger party. They told me I needed to wait 10 to 15 minutes for a high top table or 20 minutes for regular table I did not want a high top table so I decided to wait by the bar two drinks and with my party it was 845 an hour after my reservation when I decided to speak with the manager Angel I told him the situation and that I was waiting for an hour And he quickly got me a table and me a dessert work an hour early from Albany, New York, just to make it down to take my best friend and her fiancé out for their special pre-wedding gift. The house fish the waiter recommended was dry without taste the pork belly and chicken was really good. The waiter was great in terms of service. The music was great however, I did not appreciate the time and the false red room lounge reservation

   I've been here a few times and I've never been disappointed. The food was always great and the staff was very attentive to our needs. This is hands down one of the best restaurants that i have ever been to.

   The food is pricey. Our waitress was excellent and the attention was extraordinary. The food was average. I did get an allergic reaction to something. Not sure what it was as I never had food allergies.

   I have been eyeing this restaurant for some time and finally decide to give it a go. It was a great experience. The service was touch notch and the ambiance was great. Our waiter was also extremely knowledgeable. The food and drinks we great.

   Got a terrible table at first, had to have them change it. IT was in a corner by a wall with dirty and broken drywall. Place is way too noisy, couldn't even hear our server talk to us. Deep base music shook the table and the room and made for an unpleasant evening. 27$ for the smallest drink I ever had in my life, plus a mandatory 18% tip....I could go on but you get the point.

   Great ambience and service. My cocktail (Jalapina ) was fabulous. The sushi I ordered was ok.

   Ventanas is a fantastic restaurant. The service is always outstanding and of course, the manager, Angel, is amazing! Can't wait to go back!

   Ventanas at thr modern had a beautiful ambiance. The Fall For You Sangria was delish, we also had the empanada, avocado salad, and lobster dumpling appetizers. Drinks and apps were amazing, the brunch entrees were OK. I will go back again to try the dinner.
