   We never had issues in the past with this restaurant. 1. Our ladies were told at counter the online booking system is not to be used. Yet this still available for us. 2. They ran out of food after 10minutes we arrived and we were yet to eat. We had to inform the staff as no one seems to be checking on the food :( 3. Dirty / used plates were not collected from our tables until we finished the second helping / when we left. 4. Very loud noises when staff were collecting dirty dishes from tables and putting them in trolleys. Over all... Very poor service :( and I won't recommend it now to anyone until we see this fixed

   It was closed! So can’t rate it. But not helpful to have a booking confirmed and walk there! Luckily the bar had food

   We did boy go ti Vapor restaurant. Instead we went to the neighbouring Rumpus Bar. The service was pretty bad. If felt like the attendant was not happy we were there. I thought probably it’s because we came around 9pm. But that should not be a problem as the closing timing was 9:30pm. The food also took longer to arrive than normal expected times. The service did improve at the end but that’s probably because of change of personnel.

   Buffet at $25 was very good and affordable. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

   Good quality buffet and wide range on the menu. Drinks on the high side, but well catered for. Coffee was great, as was service.

   Vapor Restaurant could be really better recommendations than it is. The ambience was/is really bad. Looks like a breakfastroom (I'm sure it also is) but it would be really more impressing if there is a nicer and luxurious look than in a hostel. Food was good - a good value from everything but it could be a bit more hot food than dessert and salad. I loved the soup! Service was quite nice. The young ladies (and a gen) were so friendly. Keep them!

   Wonderful workers who were helpful and inviting. I had booked well inadvance for our spot and when we arrived they had not updated our reservation to the correct date despite recieving the reminder the evening before. Regardless the lovely ladies at the bar were able to handle the situation effortlessly. Review falls abit short as eggs were not quite cooked all the way through and the refilling of hot dishes was abit slow. We had to stand a wait for afew dishes to be topped up when our guests were extremely hungry. Otherwise we enjoyed ourselves and promise to return back soon to give it another try. Family atmosphere, kid friendly, plenty of options and staff who had a smile on their face the entire time. As special mention to the beautiful (very tall lady with the long black hair) who took care of our bridal group so well and the lovely older pasifika lady at front desk who made sure our time at the Holiday Inn was worth every cent and more. Love it Holiday Inn :) Thank you

   Overpriced, only 4 main meal dishes in buffet menu, considering I paid nearly $50 for three people absolutely bad value for money if choosing the buffet. Food wasn't great very average.. Be warned don't waste your time and money!

    The food was extremely average - chewy meat, soggy salads. The best dishes were the noodle salads. Generous amounts of fruit and cheeses.
