   Overall place was good just food was alittle dissapointing . Could of been what we got will try again

   Our server was wonderful. She was eight months pregnant and very sweet and met our every need. We hope she has a healthy happy baby.

   We enjoyed our lunch at the Tavern. We go there for our annual holiday lunch. Good food, service, and not rushed.

   We needed a place to eat before seeing a show at the Venue. This casual spot was right near the venue so we decided to try it. Thought it would be cheaper than the fine dining spot on the website. the food was excellent, the beer selection was avg to above. The waitress was nice, but didn't seem to know her beers or the beer menu. We made the reservation online thru the site and got there early and was able to get seating right away. I wouldn't hesitate doing that again.

   Enthusiastic crowd on hand for the football game. Food was typically American fare. Had the buffalo chicken wrap, excellent! Our server Samantha was attentive and made sure our dinner experience went smooth

   Went to Valley Tavern for an early dinner on NYE with girlfriend. As the name implies, the layout is similar to a tavern with a bar in the the center, surrounded by high/low top tables. We were seated at a regular table in the corner, yet felt the tables were organized too close to one another. The menu was mostly a la carte, which when you add up the price of an appetizer, entree, and dessert seemed to be a bit pricey. We decided to order the NYE dinner special which was priced as buying each item a la carte. We had a couple of mixed drinks for dinner - and they were prepared well. Service was very fast, and our server was well attentive to our needs. Overall our dinner was rather good, but didn’t feel that it was worth the price. As others have stated, you could certainly find lots of other places to enjoy better quality food at a cheaper price.

   Place was dirty due to so many people smoking, which is not their fault when you allow smoking within a casino. You should have busy nights heavily staffed with workers who's responsibility is with cleaning. I did not see any payouts that night, other than the cash cube. I am not sure that you had to have the machines that tight. Everyone that I talked to at your location (in the casino, in the restaurant, and even in the elevators, were disgusted. Not just a little disgruntled, but disgusted). Also, attendants seem to talk to your Black Card Holders and not regular card holders. Regular card holders could be there as often but not spend as much. Regarding your Passport New Year's Eve Mailing, when we received our mailing, we called the very first day. What did we hear? The event was sold out! Now how could that possibly happen unless you sent the mailing out to all the high-rollers first! It's a slap in the face to get a letter to attend an event and in the first day of receiving that letter you find out the event was sold out. I would have rather not known about the event. Also, four of your restaurants are in one area off the casino floor. Can't you make this area more attractive and with better furniture? Do you have to be that cheap? It wouldn't take a whole lot of money and effort to improve. There are some pluses, the location is close to my home, you have great comps, and free valet is a great service. If you can keep up with the cleaning on the smoking side, and the bathrooms, and not have machines so tight, then the rating would be much better. When you are a smaller casino you have to work a bit harder in all areas.

    Food was mediocre at best, service took forever. Much better restaurants in the area.
