   We recently had the pleasure of dining at Valeria and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a charming ambiance that made it the perfect place for a relaxing brunch for my daughter and I. The menu offered a fantastic variety of dishes, each one more tempting than the last. We opted for the Chilaquiles, caesar salad and the risotto fritters. Next time we will be trying the french toast, it sounded so delicious! It exceeded all expectations — the flavors were perfectly balanced, and the presentation was stunning. What truly made the experience stand out, however, was the service. Aubrey was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. She took the time to explain the specials, offered great recommendations, and ensured that we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Her positive energy and attention to detail really elevated the experience, and I felt well taken care of the entire time. Overall, Valeria is a must-visit, and we’ll definitely be returning soon. Huge thanks to Aubrey for making our brunch even more enjoyable! Highly recommend!

   The worst service i’ve ever experienced, with all the good reviews was excited to come with my family and celebrate my birthday. Yet when we got there our server didn’t seem to know anything about the food menu or the drink menu, when asked what beers are bottled she pointed and told us “it’s in the booklet.” For a higher scale restaurant shouldn’t the servers know what’s on their menus? She also kept disappearing for long periods of time, my mojito also took 25 minutes to come out. Just the whole experience was very scattered. Also i ordered the spicy penne vodka pasta it was terrible it had no flavor other than tomato soup and noodles. One other person ordered it at the table but they forgot the chicken when it took over 35 minutes just to receive the dish, when asked abt it they said they would make some chicken and it would only be a few minutes. (we and a table of two and a table of 3 where the only ones in the restaurant) It took about 4 minutes and the chicken was so raw i heard it still bawk. Extremely disappointed with this place. (I will say the manager came out and tried to get us to order something else to “fix” the mistake but we were already there over 2 hours so, she comped 20% off of only one persons ticket.)

   Hi Megan, I, as Chef and owner, was out of the country when you dined . I am very disappointed we did not provide decent and outstanding service to your group. Especially on your birthday. We do have a lot of newer staff and I thought we were sufficiently trained to handle your table and others. But evidently not. I apologize for this mishap and will strive to do much better in the near future. I am back and will focus on using your review to better train all our staff in how to provide better service and better cooking techniques.    Our Waitress, Kimma, was the best! Our food was fantastic and the service was superb! We will certainly be coming back to Valeria when we are back in town.

   Beginning with the garlic Parmesan bread to the sea bass, spicy penne with vodka sauce, and even the chicken flautas (I know it’s an Italian restaurant, but there is always that one person), the food was delicious. The staff made excellent suggestions for wine for our most finicky “wine connoisseur”, and didn’t disappoint. Then we finished with an incredible key lime tart, and the night was perfect. The staff is always attentive, friendly and accommodating of our food intolerances and sensitivities, yet we don’t miss out on flavor. We drive the distance to eat at Valeria, and never regret it.

   Liked the restaurant. The experience took 3 hours. We were politely asked to move from our table to the lounge seating. There was no issue with that. Our waitress was awesome!

   Had a wonderful pre-valentines dinner. The food was absolutely delicious, a little pricy but totally worth it in the end. The owner & chef Keith even took time to sit and chat with us. Had no idea this restaurant was in Boerne. We even had a drink at their lounge bar next door. Definitely recommend.

    Gnocchi was very hard, supposed to be pillowy soft. The meat sauce, Bolognese, needs flavor and was the same meat in multiple dishes. I had the spicy penne vodka, which was excellent with shrimp. Salad was excellent  Keylime pie and chocolate cake were excellent Overall ….not happy with over 50% plates and our bill was over $500 (wine was $150 ) So much $$ , for a so so meal
